Light Legs tonight
Squats 135xwarm 225x8 315x6 Lost balance on the first rep, damn near dumped it. Figured that was enough Leg Press plt wt 600x8 600x8 600x8 DB SLDL 85x8 85x8 Extensions 180x8 195x8 Not much energy tonight - only 5 hours of sleep last night and was on my feet all day today working on a project at work. Didn't even have time for my morning sit-down, so yeah, I was busy. |

Changing things up a bit in here...nothing specific, just time for a change. I've allowed myself to slack most of the summer, it ended today.
LEGS Squats 135x10 135x10 225x8 225x8 Nothing spectacular, but I need to be able to walk tomorrow since I missed legs last week. Leg Press (plt wt) 400x8 600x6 600x6 Demon Sled 4plx8 A single set here just for the hell of it. I hate this machine. Leg Ext 165x8 180x8 There might have been something else in there. I missed hamstrings too...Damn. |

I figure another update is in order
Flat Bench 135xwarm 225x5 225x5 275x2 275x1 285x1 - Needed a touch about halfway up on this one. Perhaps some board work is in order. Haven't done any work with anything over 225 in a long time. Amazing how fast something you used to to regularly starts feeling heavy. Decline Bench - too many tools using the incline 135x10 185x8 225x4 Dips Bwx10 x8 x6 Might have been one more set, can't remember Cable X Overs 60x10 70x8 70x8 Tri Pressdowns, V Handle 110x20 120x10 or 12. Tris locked up at this point, figured I was finished. Out |
