Just some easy bike riding with jr for 45 minutes or so. I need a new seat if I'm going to be doing much of that.

I looked but they didn't have any left....said they sold the last one to some guy driving a lifted Hummel.

Leg day and no sleep dont go too well together

Almost two months with nary an update. Way to go, Joe. Still lifting, on a legs/push/pull split currently. Nothing spectacular to report, just in a maintenance mode I suppose.

Dirty Bulk - Woot!!!! j/k

Winter is the best time to do this. I plan to start an enhanced bulk late Nov or early Dec. I'm wavering though, as I haven't been this thin for a while and may not want to get much above 225 again.
