Legs

Squats:
225x10x1
295x2x1
315x1x1
325x1x2 PR
275x3x2

Leg Press:
470x7x1
480x5x1
490x5x1

SLDL:
295x5x3
I was whipped when I got to these and lower back was a bit sore so I wen't lighter than normal.

Abductor/adductor
2 sets each

seated calfs:
180x6x1
170x6x1
160x10x1

30 min light cardio

Not sure what's going on but every time I go in the gym I'm feeling really strong. It's been ages since I've PR'd on squats and 325 went up easier than I expected. I'm sure I'll be putting up even more in a month or so. I could have gone heavier today.

Do you rear grip on a smith or just regular bench?

Regular most of the time but you have to have a spotter. I hate the smith. I wen't regular today and was all over the place in my groove as I haven't done them in a long time. I've been up 225 for 5-6 reps before on them. Once you get in a groove you can push a lot of them out.

135x8x2

I have no explanation for the sudden surge in strength gains but I'll take it.

Leg Day

Squats:
250x8x1
275x4x2
275x3x1
225x6x1 (I could have done a couple more but the goddam clip on the left side slipped and allowed the weight to move. Not too big of a deal since after this my blood sugar had plumeted and I was sucking gatorade the rest of my workout.)

BB Hack squats:
135x7x1
135x10x2
155x10x1
These were fun and was definatly feeling it in my quads. I'll be going heavier now that I got the feel of them down.

Leg Press:
450x7x3

GHRs:
bwx3x1
bwx5x3

27 min light cardio

My back tweaked a bit warming up for squats so I stayed away from SLDLs today. The GHRs felt good and since I was zapped after squats I couldn't have gone heavy anyway.

Hey Merk, you're getting up there on the the rows, nice!
Rows are addicting, I have to forcefully stop myself from doing more sets I love them so much

Anyways, how are you doing your rows?
I would assume you are using overhand right?

I hear ya man, I love rows. I do my rows pretty traditionally with an overhand grip and slightly bent higher than 90 degrees. I do use straps, however. Sometimes I'll do Yate rows, I'm yet to try pendaly.

Thanks, man. I probably would have said the same thing before I started lifting and saw my pics. Now that I'm here I'm not happy. I need more size. I'm never satisfied cuz I'm a greedy mofo.

Leg Day:

100 rep Squat routine:
165x20x3 (I laid on the floor for 20 minutes shaking after last set)
165x10x4 (20 reps weren't possible anymore but I was damned determined to do 100 no matter what. I collapsed after every set.)

SLDL:
225x6x2
I was still nasueas from the squats and had to lay down after these sets. A medic that was lifting at the time came to check on me, lol.

I was going to do calfs but I couldn't think straight anymore so I wen't home and pounded gatorade.

After the first set of 20 I was winded but was able to shake it off. After the second set I was in hell. My lungs on fire and my legs burning. After the third set of 20 I collapsed and shook for awhile, my eyes starting to roll in the back of my head. For some reason I didn't vomit and I wish I did.
