Dude, you just described my neighbors.

IHOP seems popular today. Not one anywhere near here or I'd go enjoy some myself...so I'll just stick to what I can cook here at home...lol.

Everyone kept asking if I was Billy Ray Cyrus. LOL.

Anyway - Monday is here, quick 20 min run this morning. Weather cooled down a little, not much, but a little. UPPER later....

Never being one to leave well enough alone, I couldn't resist and did overhead presses last night. I didn't go heavy, just 3 sets of 10 with 115 pounds, but today, my LEFT shoulder's bursitis is freaking off of the charts. Geez.....I'm sick of both shoulders.

UPPER:
FLAT BB:
155 x 15
225 x 10
245 x 6 x 3 sets

BB ROWS:
205 x 8 x 3 sets

CGBP:
185 x 8 x 3 sets

PUSHUPS:
3 sets of 40.

DIAMOND DEADS: (stayed lite)
255 x 8 x 4 sets

MIL PRESSES: (note - felt no pain during, actually felt very good. 12 hrs later - different story)
115 x 10 x 3 sets

DB CURLS:
40 x 8 x 3 sets

Nothing but cardio this week - hotel only has t-mill and bike. 30 mins on empty stomach yesterday and today.

Hung out with Boyd for about an hour last night - he is ready for the show. Just 3 more days for him. I'll probably swing by his place tonight too.

Good seeing you bro. Give me a shout tonight. I'm just chilling and carbing up. Going to do some posing practice for an hour after my meal in 12 minutes

As usual - Boyd is a great host. Even though he is totally wrapped up with prep, he took a couple hours of his time to sit and BS and kill off some sashimi.

FRIDAY: Just mixing things up for a while.......schedule is jacked up with travel over the next 3 weeks.

30lb sledge on tractor tire. I have no idea how long I did this, but it wasn't long before I was gassed and took a break. I took 4 breaks total, and was dripping sweat at the end.

Tractor Tire flips: 10 flips x 3 sets

Jumping jacks, v-ups, bicycle crunches, push-ups, mountain climbers and finished with some 40 yard sprints (x8).

Total of about 45 minutes of constant movement.

Heading up to Tallahassee tonight for tomorrow's Maryland game. It will be Mickey Andrews' last game at FSU and could be Bobby Bowdens last game. I do expect a win, but our D has had trouble stopping the cheerleaders from taking over the field, so even Maryland will probably score 20-30.

Next week: We get one last shot at Tim Teabag and CUM (Coach Urban Meyer).

I've always wanted to try the sledge on the tire thing. I got to flip some tires at my old gym. It was pretty sweet! Reminded me of my military days as a heavy wheeled vehicle mechanic haha.

I hope Florida get's their a$$'s handed to em.

Yeah, I have a big old tire in my back yard........so it is an easy 'at-home' workout.
