Tuesday - Legs
Squat (actual squat, not smith machine, yay for school gym) - warm up, 225x3, 275x5, 315x5x2, 275x5. SLDL 225x5, 275x5, 275x2 (grip keeps slipping, forgot my strap n gloves), 225x7 Leg press 295x20, 295x10 Lunges 40x10 each side x2 Some calve sled. Hip n back was really cramped up since it's my first squatting in a long while, damn smith machine. Last time i squatted was 265x5, so it went up even though i only used the smith. Awesome.

Monday- back to the gym finally
Chest and back because I wont get to go to the gym the next 2 days. BB flat bench 135x5, 185x5, 205x5 (2nd to the last spotter helped a bit, the last rep, he was basically bent row it for me.. hahaha), 205x2 drop set to 185x3, 185x3 BB incline 135x10, 135x6 DB incline 45x8x2 Cable Cross over 50x10x2 Rope single arm pull down 100x10, 130x10x2 each arm Nautilus row 185x10, 200x10 Calves on leg press 10 platesx 10x3 seated calves 3 platesx8x2 EZ curls 60x10 superset with bench dip to failure x2 I'm ashamed.. i had a coke with my after workout meal.. hahaha.. it was good.. some very much needed sugar..

Back day -thursday
Didnt even want to workout today after waking up from a 3 hours nap.. but ate some and went anyways. Had 1 hour to work out and it was the shiet.. V row - 115x10, 135x7, 160x5, 160x5, 135x7 Dead - 275x3, 315x1, 365x1, 385x3, 405x1 hard but smooth movement, drop set to 315x3, 315x7 pull ups - x6,x5,x4 face pull 3 sets of 10 and wide grip row 2 sets of 10.. forgot the weights..

Squat 135, 225, 275, 315x1 (didn't feel right), 275x5x3 Sldl 225x5, 275x5x2, 295x1 (light but grip was slipping), 275x5 Leg press 350x10, 350x12 Calves sled 12x3 Not a good workout day.. didn't plan to go, but since im at school, might as well.

Decided to not go so crazy today cause river rafting is on saturday.. V-bar row 3 platesx10x3 bent bb row 135x10x3 deads 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 405x0 so jump to 375x1 jump to 315x5 pull ups x7,x6,x7 Single arm pull down 120x10x3 each side Ez curl 65x10x3 Calves 10platesx20x3 I was seriously distracted by a girl wearing short shorts on the hyper extension.
