So its my birthday. I decided i wanted to set a new PR, so i did.
this is all without a belt and no straps, just raw. dead lifts - 225x5 315x5 385x2 405x1 425x1PR 445x1PR 455x1PR some bicep stuff

haha, thanks bro....ya that felt so good to, i havent even gotten a new PR on those in like 6 months, and for a while they had gotten worse, so i was real happy.

SO i am home for spring break, gonna go to beach soon. SO i won't be on here too much for about 5 days. Tonight I worked out at the gym at my Church, 90's are biggest dbs they have, and no barbells.......so i do what i can. Still, good workout, felt nice.
db bench - 90x12 90x10 90x10 bench press machine - not sure, but i did a lot of sets

well i just got back from the beach. it was very relaxing and much needed. I have to work the next 4 days and the gym wont be open until monday due to spring break. So another 4 days off, focus on my diet and doing some running, i am excited about hitting the weights hard next week.

deads (raw) 415x1 415x1 415x1 415x1 I am bad time manager, the gym closed early, and i had forgotten. I got some hyperextensions in with 25 lb plate. Today I dont have work so i can go in early, I am pretty stoked. Looking forward to a good bench day.
