So i hit 300 on bench earlier this week. I went to do some shoulder work after rows today and things felt weak. Not just like i was tired but like my muscles were not ready to lift. I have decided to take a week off of bench, shoulders, and triceps. I will start back next Tuesday with bench again. I think after maxing out and hitting a new PR it will be a nice break, some extra recovery, and some time to focus on my cardio and trying to lose a little fat.
rack dead lifts - 405x3x3 fully bent over rows - 115x12 115x12 weighted hypers - 25x15 close grip rows - 135x10 135x10 weighted ab work bicep work 30 minutes on treadmill - 5% incline 3.5-4.0 mph burnt 300 calories.

Only had about 20 minutes in gym, i got out of work late due to the crowd we had cause of v-day....bah, its all good.

haha, i took this week off, man, I wanna go hit 310, but I wanna get ready for this competition in May. I am not sure if I am going to hit it again next week or what, i am still stoked i hit 300, that felt nice.

thanks man. I am telling you, those tear your traps up so bad. I have never done shrugs cause i didnt wanna waste time to get my traps bigger, but they seem to just be exploding by doing these, they are becoming a favorite exercise.
