i think the traps can be done with the shoulders or the back...this is prolly the most debatable muscle when in comes to which day to work it on. i like doin traps with shoulders because when i hit rear delts i hit my traps and i kno i hit them on back day too indirectly but idk...i just like doin them with shoulders better.

Don't hate man. You'll see the results soon enough. I had pork/beef ribs with beans yesterday. Ummm. Enjoy your bulk!

Haha thanks. Should we do updates after a month or something? What do you think about that. Maybe just one picture that is the same as one of the others you posted.

I have been checking out your journal. You have some pretty solid and strong lifts for your age. Great job! |

Or you could just continue on with your sh*tty split and watching every calorie worrying about gaining an ounce of fat. In the meantime, you won't win the bulk contest and your gains will be no where near optimal. Your decision though.

Seriously though, that logic (the traps connect to your shoulders) is like saying the biceps connect to the shoulder. Yeah, of course they do but I believe more in movements than in training individual bp's. With that being said, the traps are a pulling muscle (as well as the rear delts). But I will follow up on ONE thing that JLo says that I agree and it was about you watching every calorie: I don't have a problem with that although I think I have a more effective strategy that pretty much anyone could use for any goal. I DO have a problem with people who spend way too much time on that and stupid splits when they don't focus on what needs to be focused on - lifting heavy ass weights. Like I always say, the problem usually isn't eating too much or working out too hard. It's usually under-recovery, undereating, not training hard enough, etc, etc. |
