as for yesterdays diet goes...it was good for the first half of the day then the second half it got dirty as hell. lol. its all good tho. today i get back on track...i dont think im goin to be tracking the calories and stuff any more tho...writin all that down and figuring up everything takes too much time..but ill make sure i write in here if it was a good or bad day for the diet. sry if im lettin you down jlozan. no comment on the workout? well today is legs and i look forward to goin crazy in that b!tch!!!

oh yeah...im not sure what the bf% is...what is the best way for me to measure that? idk how to do that. well about 2 weeks ago i started at like 173 lbs and i just weighed myself bout 5 min ago and im up to 180!!! although i just ate b4 i did that so...its prolly like 178. lol. hell yeah man...that sounds good..thats what i need is for somebody to light my azz up...get me motivated. i just got done with my workout and heres how it went....
Squats (Smith machine, my gym doesnt have squat racks )225x8 255x8 275x6 285x5 305x4 SLDL's (First time doin these...they kill the hams. lol) 135x10 155x8 185x6 Leg Press (widowmaker) 315x20....all i got to say is HOLY SH!T..my legs were on fire. Calve Raisers on leg sled (wasnt too sure what you were talkin bout with the style jlozan) 315x10 365x10 405x10 405x7 Adductor/Abductor (3 sets of each) 110x15 125x15 130x15 Hyperextensions w/ 45lb 20x 17x 20x (pushed my self big time) lol This was a great workout...i didnt have time to do abs...ill make sure i hit them hard next time i do em. i might do some light cardio w/ abs tomorrow...not sure yet. but overall...great workout week. thanks alot jlozan.

todays diet went pretty good. i didnt take in as much food as i should have but the food i did take in was very clean...and tasted like sh!t. lol. nah it isnt that bad. but thats how it goes...if it taste good it has to be bad for you and vice versa. but im bout to take my nightly serving of muscle milk b4 i go off to bed. i get the weekend off before i go on my heavy push monday. ill be relaxing this weekend and spendin time w/ the ol lady but i will make sure i eat alot of clean cals. Have a great weekend everybody!!

hey guys...im back. took my weekend break and then hit the gym again this morning...this is what i did...
BB Flat Bench 215x3 215x3 225x3 215x3 Smith Machine Incline Bench 145x10 145x10 155x7 155x6 Cable Crossovers (Really slow reps and held for 2 seconds at top) 50x12 50x12 50x12 Skulls 55x12 60x10 60x10 DB Shoulder Presses 35's x 12 40s x 10 45s x 9 Tricep Pushdowns supersetted with DB lateral raises... Tri 80x12 DB 15x12 Tri 80x11 DB 15x12 Tri 80x14 DB 15x12 Then i did some ab work...rope crunches and machine crunches...and last i did some light cardio on the bike...about 10 min. at the most. today's diet was ok...couldve been better...i gotta work on that.

todays workout was really good. i had some no explode before i worked out and it deffinately helped. ive used it before but its been about 2-3 months...so now its like ive never takin it before..the effects are awesome! but heres how it went...
Deads 215x8 235x8 285x3 295x3 305x3 (new personal best...felt really good!) T-Bar 135x10 145x9 150x8 Face Pulls 160x13 160x12 160x12 Then i did 4 sets of some other back exercise...i did it on the lat pulldown machine and its similar to face pulls but w/ a diff. attachment...this http://www.shapeupshop.com/fitness/gymacc/61972.htm. with that i did 100x12 100x12 110x10 120x8 DB Shoulder Shrugs 60'sx12 65'sx12 70'sx10 Standing BB Curls 65x 12 75x 10 80x 6.5 Curl Bar Preacher Curls 50x12 50x11 50x12 DB Hammer Curls Dropset from 35's-5's...2 sets of this. hypers w/ 45lb plate 20x 20x 20x Overall was a great workout...deads felt really good and tomorrow i plan on doin light cardio and ab work.

Dude, your pics look like you have made progress already. Your back looks much stronger. Everything else looks a little bigger too. I don't know why you are so worried about gaining a little fat - you are 16 man and can loose it easily........if you are so worried about it, get something to measure your bf% and track it every week.

damn i know man. i have to get somethin to measure my body fat. i think i'll get someone that works at my gym to do it for me. but today i did alot of ab work...even hit the obliques and then i did a short session of cardio...7 min on the bike and 7 min w/ a very light jog. just did a little somethin. but tomorrow im hittin the weights hard bright and early...gotta workout early b4 work. about 6:00 A.M.!! but i'll post my results tomorrow. lata everyone and thanks for the comments j lo!! check out those deads...im progressin w/ them quite nicely.
