Sorry i posted so late man. i just had a later workout then i had to rush off to work..but any way here is how the workout went...

i did some light ab work after this too but just a lil bit. and about the whey i got. it was 5.17 lbs..and heck yeah im interested in gettin a 10 lb bag of that sh!t! lol. thanks bro. but i dont really have any thing else to take it with..i drink it w/ water...what should i do instead of that danny?

as for yesterdays diet goes...it was good for the first half of the day then the second half it got dirty as hell. lol. its all good tho. today i get back on track...i dont think im goin to be tracking the calories and stuff any more tho...writin all that down and figuring up everything takes too much time..but ill make sure i write in here if it was a good or bad day for the diet. sry if im lettin you down jlozan. no comment on the workout? well today is legs and i look forward to goin crazy in that b!tch!!!

Yeah, I agree w/ counting cals - it gets quite annoying. Just make sure you get more than enough protein and just generally pigout all the time.....

Hard to comment, when it was the first light push day. Once, you do it for a couple weeks, I'll light your ass up - j/k.

Make sure you warm up well for squats and do them first. Leg Press and Calves - make sure you follow the instructions...........

BTW - what is the weight and bf% ???

oh yeah...im not sure what the bf% is...what is the best way for me to measure that? idk how to do that. well about 2 weeks ago i started at like 173 lbs and i just weighed myself bout 5 min ago and im up to 180!!! although i just ate b4 i did that so...its prolly like 178. lol. hell yeah man...that sounds good..thats what i need is for somebody to light my azz up...get me motivated. i just got done with my workout and heres how it went....

Do you know how much your Smith Bar weighs?

Let me review b/c I haven't been in the gym in a few weeks and already I'm forgetting basics.

For the first set (255x8)- did you put something like 2 45's, 2 25's and 2 5 pounders? How'd you rack up the bar...just curious. I know it sounds like a stupid question but they pop in my head alot lol

oh crap...i forgot to minus 30lbs from each of my lifts...the smith machine weighs 15lbs. legs are a high point for me. it was 4 45's 2 10's 2 5's...but that weight is really...225. sry bout that..im bout to go back and edit that...did you get my pm danny?

todays diet went pretty good. i didnt take in as much food as i should have but the food i did take in was very clean...and tasted like sh!t. lol. nah it isnt that bad. but thats how it goes...if it taste good it has to be bad for you and vice versa. but im bout to take my nightly serving of muscle milk b4 i go off to bed. i get the weekend off before i go on my heavy push monday. ill be relaxing this weekend and spendin time w/ the ol lady but i will make sure i eat alot of clean cals. Have a great weekend everybody!!

Go buy a cheap tanita scale (athlete version), if you can afford. They are like 40-50 bucks.

Do they have a power rack? The smith machine blows, but I guess you might not have a choice. Make sure you keep your back straight on the SLDLs. Stop skipping abs.

How did the leg press feel? Make sure you pick a heavy enough weight. I PMed you about the calves.

BUMP to that but I have the same problem. I feel I would be able to push more weight if I did regular squats because the Smith makes the movement so....limited. I hate it...oh well. You gotta work with what you've got!

hey guys...im back. took my weekend break and then hit the gym again this morning...this is what i did...

Then i did some ab work...rope crunches and machine crunches...and last i did some light cardio on the bike...about 10 min. at the most. today's diet was ok...couldve been better...i gotta work on that.

I got the new pics i promised...the first 4 are the new ones and the last 4 are the ones from two weeks ago. any progress? i dont think so...i think i just got fat pretty dissapointing.

todays workout was really good. i had some no explode before i worked out and it deffinately helped. ive used it before but its been about 2-3 months...so now its like ive never takin it before..the effects are awesome! but heres how it went...

Dude, your pics look like you have made progress already. Your back looks much stronger. Everything else looks a little bigger too. I don't know why you are so worried about gaining a little fat - you are 16 man and can loose it easily........if you are so worried about it, get something to measure your bf% and track it every week.

damn i know man. i have to get somethin to measure my body fat. i think i'll get someone that works at my gym to do it for me. but today i did alot of ab work...even hit the obliques and then i did a short session of cardio...7 min on the bike and 7 min w/ a very light jog. just did a little somethin. but tomorrow im hittin the weights hard bright and early...gotta workout early b4 work. about 6:00 A.M.!! but i'll post my results tomorrow. lata everyone and thanks for the comments j lo!! check out those deads...im progressin w/ them quite nicely.
