today was my pull workout for the week. i did back and biceps and some ab and hip work. the deadlifts didnt go as good as last week. im not sure why but neways heres how today went.
Deadlifts 2 sets of 8 205 225 2 sets of 3 275 285 T-Bar 130-10x 140-10x 150-8x FacePulls on the cable crossover machine 140x12 150x12 160x12 160x12 DB Rows 70'sx12 80'sx12 DB Shrugs 50'sx12 55'sx12 60'sx12 Now biceps BB Curls 65x12 65x12 65x10 2 arm cable curls (the ones where you stand in between the cable crossover machine and bring the cables together like your doin a double front bicep pose) 40x12 40x12 40x12 Alternating DB Hammer Curls 30'sx12 35'sx10 Hyperextensions w/ a 45lb plate x15 x15 x15 Hip Abductor/Adductor 1 set of each for 25 reps...both w/ 90lbs Rope Crunches 120x20 140x15 160x15 and tonight i will be posting my diet.

lol...alright. ill give it a try...that sh!t is tuff tho i aint gonna lie. i havent really done dead lifts b4 you gave me that routine...that sh!t is crazy. was the workout alright? im bout to go EAT right now so ill be back later. lol

for my workout thursday is it alright if i do cable crossovers instead of decline bench? we dont have decline at my gym. and instead of the peck deck to tricep pushdowns...because i dont have nething in my workout for tri's. i kno they get worked alot doin the other stuff but i want an exercise where they are the primary

today i ate alot more...or atleast it seemed like it.
8:00 woke up 8:30- 2 cups of special k cereal w/ 2 cups of milk, 3 eggs, 3 peices of toast. 16.5g fat, 110g carbs, 51g protein. 790 calories 10:30- preworkout- sub sandwich w/ 4 oz of ham and 4 oz of turkey. id say atleast 500 calories. 5g of creatine also 11:30-1:30- workout...talked afterwards so didnt get outta the gym for a while. 1:45- muscle milk protein and 5g of creatine. 18g fat, 12g carbs, 32g protein. 348 calories 3:00- 7 oz of tuna, 2 peices of toast, 3 boiled egg whites. 4g fat, 27g carbs, 54g protein. 380 calories 5:00- 2 peanut butter sandwiches and 12 oz of skim milk. 39g fat, 143g carbs, 41g protein. 1058 calories...WOW! lol 7:30 6 oz of chicken breast, hamburger patty, and a small bowl of shrimp salad. 43g fat, 33g carbs, 83g protein...NO!!! i wasted like 30 grams ![]() 9:30- one half of a serving of muscle milk. 9g fat, 6g carbs, 16g protein, 174 calories. todays total...148.5g fat, 382g carbs, 299g protein. 4130 Calories!!! WOW!! lol

lol...u asked me that b4...idk. i guess i might try that out. but for now im just using this thing of muscle milk. i'll do it for you tho danny! lol. jk. i'll try it...im just broke right now...i'll give it a shot.

diet today wasnt as good as yesterday but o well...today was an off day
8:30-woke up 9:00- 2 packages of oatmeal (50% less sugar 11:00 The Hulk Shake from Smoothie King 1:00- 4 egg whites and 1 yolk, 2 peices of toast 2:00- 1 pack of tuna and 5g of creatine 4:00- serving of muscle milk 6:30- Large Sub Sandwich (atleast 800 calories) 9:00- 8 oz of grilled chicken breast 10:45- 1/2 serving of muscle milk Totals for today... 122.5g fat, 394g carbs, 234g protein, 3990...just shy of 4000. tomorrow is my light push day in the gym...i cant wait!

What's the point of wasting a serving of Muscle Milk in water when you can be using it in milk for more calories if you just take it at nite? I hope you're not taking the MM in milk after workout because that would be a waste of a good supplement. For PWO= whey + carbs + water/Gatorade (In your case) Bulking powder = Muscle Milk I know jlozan has been sticking w/ you this whole time and I'm almost positive he'll agree with me

well guys...i think you'll be happy to know that i went and got some ON WHEY this morning. it was pretty cheap...about 29 dollars...but anyway i will be using that after my workouts from now on and then taking muscle milk b4 i go to bed. thanks dannyboy. sry i doubted you. lol. but today will be my light push...im looking to hit the chest pretty good today but i will post my routine after i finish...im doin a later workout today.

What are you planning on taking the whey with PWO? I used to take it with Gatorade and throw some glutamine into the mix also. Try and get your PWO shake in no more than 15 min. after your workout to keep that anabolic window open! How much ON whey did you get for $29? I don't know what flavor you like but i have 2-10 lb. bags of ON whey if you're interested when you're done with the tub you just bought. PM me if you like
