yeah for the absorbtion, that is if the muscle milk you take is from the bottle or mixed with milk. if its instantized that mix it with water or something other than milk and take that post workout. for nighttime take something that absorbs slower.
i would like to see more numbers, your routine is looking good so far, but numbers would help

oh...well today pretty much sucked azz neways so it doesnt matter. i was worn out from yesterday bein at a theme park from 9-9 then today i worked in the yard for like 3-4 hours...hot azz sun in florida too! lol. but neways i got to the gym and i didnt do really nething at all.

im goin to do somethin like...5 sets of squats....10,10,8,6,6 then 5 sets of leg press....12,10,10,8,8....and then end it with about 4 sets of calf raisers....my leg workouts are pretty basic but my legs are gettin pretty big so...w/e works you know?.

OK then....I will PM you what I think you should do. Make sure you post your workouts here, and eat a sh1tton of protein and carbs everyday. Pigout about 1.5 hours before your workout and about an hour after. LOTS of carbs.

alright...so today i got back into things with a nice routine i got from jlozan. thanks bro. I added a couple of things myself...hope it doesnt make a difference...but neways...
MONDAY-HEAVY PUSH BB Flat Bench 205x3(pinky on the rings) 205x3 215x3 205x3(middle on rings) 210x3 220x3 205x3(index on rings) 205x3 215x3 Weighted Dips w/ a 35lb plate 7x 6x 6x Skullcrushers 50x12 55x10 60x8 DB Arnold Presses (shoulder presses w/ a twist) 30'sx12 35'sx10 40'sx8 I supersetted 3 sets of tricep pushdowns w/ DB lateral raises tri- 80x12 DB- 15'sx12 tri- 80x11 DB- 15'sx12 tri- 80x9 DB- 15'sx12 Over all i had a great workout...that last superset was killer tho...i hit the tri's nice and slow...it was crazy. i will post my diet tonight instead of puttin half now and half later. Tomorrow will be my pull workout...back,bi's, and abs!!

did the workout look good overall tho? ok so next week i will do 205, 215, then 225. i did three sets of warmups today...2 sets of 135 and a set of 185 then went into my workout. those really wide grips are weird...they dont even feel like im workin my chest becuz of the lack of movement...i dont go nearly as far as my regular grip...i go down alot less. but it just works differently i guess.

yeah the reason i didnt do the millitary presses was because it messes w/ my back when i do em. plus DB hit the shoulders better right? what do i know tho. lol. but hey i got a question bout tomorrows workout...can i work traps since its a pull workout? i want to do shrugs. i felt my traps a lil in lat raises tho...but ive heard that shrugs will give you the height on ur traps. but as for the diet today...it went alright..i still need to clean it up a lil tho.
5 eggs and 3 pieces of toast large philly cheese steak sandwhich (12 in) 2 servings of creatine 1.5 servings of muscle milk small bag of popcorn from movies ice cream i was on a date...i had to. lolbbq grilled chicken breast ill be more informative on my diet tomorrow...ill write it down tomorrow. got kinda busy today. there is NEVER enough time in a day!!! 24 hours...psh!! it just aint workin!

sweet. so ill do shrugs after i work biceps. but about biceps...what do you recommend i do for them...might as well hook me up w/ a routine for that too since you given me like every thing else! lol. thanks..once again. lol. i usually do ez bar curls 3x10-12
