IMO, you're trying to hit a muscle in every single way every single workout. I think (and I may be off here) you'd benefit from cutting the lifts down a bit and then focusing on going as intense as possible on fewer lifts...

I appreciate your motivation to tear it up and hit it hard, but I think you'd see better size gains if you channelled it more.

could you elaborate a little bit? i'd definately like to hear what your sayin...im just retarded and im not really sure if you mean to chill out a lil or cut out some exercises.

Here's what I'd normally do when I see someone else's routine - I'd tell them to write each exercise down they do in a workout. Then I'd tell them to close their eyes and randomly touch half of the exercises and then throw those f*ckers out.

I believe in hitting those little muscles via the heavy compounds. Instead of doing 3 reps on 10 different exercises, I believe you're better off channeling your intensity on 2-3 exercises and really tearing them down. That will give you a better indicator of what you're lagging at, and will also incorporate the muscle groups you want to incorporate to induce hypertrophy.

For example, let's say someone shows me they do 3-4 sets of:
Lunges
leg ext
leg curls
squats
sldl
db squats

and all kinds of other sh!t.

I'd abbreviate that in like one second and have them squatting their asses off and then doing some SLDL or whatever.

I think too many people think they need to do every exercise every workout. I say do as few different as possible and THAT is where you'll be able to really hammer down. Also, you'll feel what is wearing out or what isn't pulling its weight - you fix that and you'll get stronger and if you get stronger, you'll get bigger.

gotcha bro. that sounds pretty good to me. so i might cut out some of my exercises and just throw a set or two on the end of each one of my good exercises like squats, deads, bench, etc..

I'm pretty anti-shoulder only days... Do what you want, but I think the shoulders take a beating on pretty much anything you do with the upper body and don't require a ton of volume themselves - I'd prefer to finish the front and medial delts with chest and the posteriors with back.
