My sh*tty split comment wasn't really related to your traps on shoulder day.......I made a comment earlier when you started about your split and you blew it off. I am too lazy to go find the post, so post up what you are doing (movements included), and we can help you.

No need to cut them out completely if you want to hit them. You DO hit your bi's indirectly but fairly hard with many exercises. All I'm saying is stay away from exercises that limit your overload. Overload is what makes muscles grow and with exercises like preacher curls, you're limiting the amount you can achieve due to the fact that you're using less muscle groups (and less muscle fibers too). Now, you do a compound exercise where you're using more than muscle group to push or pull and now you stand a better chance of A) lifting heavier weight which will need to B) achieving maximum overload.

So no, no need to cut out bicep work. Just make sure you're making the most of your time you spend lifting.

ok so maybe i will only do some iso work on my arm day...and on my back and bi's day i will stick to all power/compound exercises...right?

Nice leg work. I enjoy legs too...legs are probably the strongest part of my body anyhow even though the numbers don't show it consistently.

hit arms today...pretty damn good workout. cant wait for the workout tomorrow. hittin the beach when im through...nothin better than goin to the beach with a pump. i wish we had a muscle beach here. that would be sick...anywho here are the numbers
