Had legs today...sh!t was pretty killer. squats kinda sucked but everything else was nice.

I love doing legs too (then again, I just love lifting) My hams and glutes are sore today, quads are pretty decent. I am having a hard time getting around, I look quite funny walking! HAHAHA!

hit arms today...pretty damn good workout. cant wait for the workout tomorrow. hittin the beach when im through...nothin better than goin to the beach with a pump. i wish we had a muscle beach here. that would be sick...anywho here are the numbers
