Starting Stats (August 2008)
Age: 16 years young Height: 5' 10" Weight: 170lbs Max Bench: 195lbs Max Squat: 250lbs Body Fat: about 10% A Little Somethin' About Me I'm out of football this year due to a back injury. I play baseball in the Spring and manditory practices start in late January, so I have about 3-4 months to get myself as strong as possible. When I get into January, I will make some adjustments to make sure I don't do damage to my rotator cuff (Pressing and the Overhead Athlet).
