Starting Stats (August 2008)

Age: 16 years young
Height: 5' 10"
Weight: 170lbs
Max Bench: 195lbs
Max Squat: 250lbs
Body Fat: about 10%


A Little Somethin' About Me

I'm out of football this year due to a back injury. I play baseball in the Spring and manditory practices start in late January, so I have about 3-4 months to get myself as strong as possible. When I get into January, I will make some adjustments to make sure I don't do damage to my rotator cuff (Pressing and the Overhead Athlet).

Lifting Routine

Ab Workouts (everyday):

Crunches
Planks

Bicycles

4-Day Cycle:
Chest/Back
Legs
Shoulders/Arms
Rest

Chest/Back:
Flat Bench (5) // Seated Rows (3)
Incline Bench (4) // Pullups (3)
Decline Bench (4) // Bent Rows (3)
Flys (4) // Reverse Flys (3)
30 Minutes of Cardio

Legs:
Squats (5) // Leg Curl (3)
Leg Press (4) // Glute-Ham Raise (3)
Deadlifts (5)
Calf Raises (5)
Back Raises (4) // Weighted Situps (3)
30 Minutes of Cardio

Shoulders / Arms:
Front Military Press (4) // Front Pulldowns (3)
Back Military Press (4) // Back Pulldowns (3)
Shoulder Raises (4) // Crossovers (3)
Preacher Curls (5) // Kickbacks (4)
Forced Negative Curls (5) // Tricep Extensions (4)
