Hi since this is a journal and people will be viewing I shall introduce my self.
My name is Brian, I'm 135lbs 6'1, I'm tired of being really skinny it has taken me along time 2 start this and decide I'm going all the way, but I finally did do it, and I'm going 2 stick with it. I'm very confused in a good bit of area's, but hopefully some of yall (yes I'm from the south Ok my equipment is limited, I got a barbell, and a dumbbell, a bench, with leg curls at the end of it, and I got a squat rack. I'm pretty sure that is all I really need 2 do some good damage, well hoping at least. With that said here is my routine I actually created through out the past year of experience. I know it needs fixed, its a 3 day work out, but I was wanting it to be more. Anyways this is what I got so far. Week 1: Thursday: Chest Push ups: 1 x 10 | 1 x 20 Arm benders (a jail stretch I learned lol): 2 x 10 (works on the tri's/bi's) Bench pressing: 52 lbs 1 x 8 72 lbs 1 x 8 90 lbs 1 x 7 72 lbs 1 x 6 (yes I'm weak and very skinny lol) Close Grip bench press: 52 lbs 1 x 5 72 lbs 1 x 4 Curls: 52lbs 1 x 8 72lbs 1 x 1 52lbs 1 x 5 Abs: sit ups: 1 x 10 | 1 x 20 Crunches: 1 x 10 | 1 x 20 Okay well this is day 1, of week 1, I am currently on week 2, day 3. So I'mma catch yall up by postin the others ones and let yall see and then tell me wass up hopefully. So yeah I'mma keep postin 2 get this updated to today. |
