Cool From 120 Ibs to Much Bigger

Now that I'm on August vacation I have no excuse not to train. I want to weigh at least 140 Ibs at the end of vacation. I'll get back to you on the routine.

So you want to gain 20lbs in about 40 days? that is about 3.5lbs a week... and .5lbs a day constant...

Possible with fat... but with LBM... I'd like to see that!

I felt kind of bad because I was supposed to do deads and heel raises but when I picked up the bar for deads I dropped it because I felt dizzy. Decided to take it easy. Today was intense and after lunges sweat was porin like rain.
I mightn't be able to walk tomorrow. *sigh*

My trainer guy and most of the other guys at the gym say I got the strength but not the size. My biggest weakness lies in my diet. At the moment I'm eating everything that comes my way but I'm pretty much stuck at 120 pounds.

Listening to Mighty Mouse and his 'slam it into your chest attitude' I broke the leg press machine. The safety catch got jammed and now its out off commission, if your wondering why I only did 1 set of it. I did ab work after that.

Man I love leg day.
