*All excercises 3 sets Squat- 90Ibs@8 120@8 135@8 Vertical Leg Press- 180Ibs@8 190@8 200@8 DB Lunges- 20@8 I felt kind of bad because I was supposed to do deads and heel raises but when I picked up the bar for deads I dropped it because I felt dizzy. Decided to take it easy. Today was intense and after lunges sweat was porin like rain. I mightn't be able to walk tomorrow. *sigh* |

Squats: 60Ibs@8 (warm-up set) 100Ibs@8 125@8 152@8 (Muhaha) Leg Press: 290Ibs@8 310@8 322@8 DB Lunges: 30Ib DB @3 sets of 8 reps DB Stiff Leg Deadlift: 30 Ib DB @3 sets of 8 reps Heel Raise@ Hack Squat Machine: 140Ibs @3 sets of 15 reps My trainer guy and most of the other guys at the gym say I got the strength but not the size. My biggest weakness lies in my diet. At the moment I'm eating everything that comes my way but I'm pretty much stuck at 120 pounds. |

Squat: 80*8 120*8 155*8 Leg Press: 325*8 Hack Squat (Sled): 210*8*3 Vertical Leg Press: 150*8 180*8*2 DB Lunges: 70*8*3 DB SLDL: 70*8*3 Heel Raise (Hack Squat Sled): 200*8*3 Listening to Mighty Mouse and his 'slam it into your chest attitude' I broke the leg press machine. The safety catch got jammed and now its out off commission, if your wondering why I only did 1 set of it. I did ab work after that. Man I love leg day.
