Craig's squat and dead 'till I'm a "middle weight" journal
Time to start up a journal. I haven't squatted or deadlifted in a few months because of a lower back injury so after plently of time off I'm back. Right now my total should be at around 800 @ 172 lbs. I have leaned out quite a bit lately because of work so I'm looking at putting some weight back on. I'm not "bulking" just eating plenty of fairly clean foods and looking to put on some lean mass. I also need to put some size on my arms as they are falling behind. Right now I have about 14.5" arms with a 44" chest and a 32" waist.
Chest today. I'm going to start doing some front and side delts on this day as well. Did all db work today, I had been benching for a while and I find dbs easier on my shoulders.

That was it, I had over a week off because the gym was closed so I took it a bit easier than normal tonight.
