DL:
1 x 8 x 135 wu
1 x 5 x 225 (why fool around with puny weight, eh?)
...I did something here after this set...I didn't feel right so I scrubbed. Not sure if I was rolling forward on these or what, but my lower back got so f'n pumped I couldn't go further. Had to rest 10 minutes before I moved on...so for peace of mind I scrapped the rest of my sets for this trip.

Lat Pulldowns:
Wide Gripped first -
1 x 8 x 120
1 x 8 x 130
1 x 7 x 140
1 x 5 x 150

Then Narrow Gripped -
1 x 8 x 120
1 x 8 x 120
1 x 7 x 130
1 x 6 x 140

T-Bars:
1 x 8 x 90
1 x 7 x 90
1 x 6 x 95
1 x 6 x 95

Seated Cable Rows (did this wide gripped again, with the lat bar):
1 x 10 x 90
1 x 8 x 100
1 x 8 x 100
1 x 7 x 120

Reverse DB Flyes (wow, I remembered today! ):
1 x 15 x 10 (too light!)
1 x 20 x 8
1 x 25 x 7

Hammer Curls:
2 x 8 x 40 <<< didn't feel like going curl crazy tonight...wearing out too.

Rack Curls:
1 x 9 x 75
1 x 8 x 85
1 x 6 x 85 <<< was getting hellish back pumps still?
1 x 5 x 90 <<< more hellish back pump?

Hypers:
2 x bw x 10
2 x bw+10lb medicine ball (was close by) x 8

Not bad, but I was getting hellish back-pump all night long after that DL set. Seemed like just about everything I was doing I had to work through it.

ACK! Too much fiddle-faddling around tonight. Life getting in the way of my gym time...

The issues with my daily driver continue to mount, and I've actually ended up having to pull it off the road. Found out that, despite what I fixed the other night, I still have issues with wheel bearings and some other fun stuff. So til I got done transfering vehicles around, getting myself situated for tomorrow, I had no time to go to the gym (I was done with all this at 8:20, the gym closes at 9, and is 15 minutes away...sigh).

Hopefully tomorrow night is less eventful and we'll get back on-track to do leg work....

Well. Maybe this is my "week off" impromptu style. Not like I'm happy about it or anything.

I ended up having to junk my truck....it was just that far gone. Cab mounts rotted out, frame starting to have signs of issues, nothing to weld new cab mounts to, front fender structure (the stuff that holds it all together) starting to go, wheel bearings, coils, you name it. It would have cost me over 3 grand to fix it, and the truck's not worth that or would ever be worth that (unless it was an antique).

So, I'm in search of new wheels like YESTERDAY, which supercedes any gym time at this point. In fact, I'm headed out now to take back my one friend's truck and meet up with another friend of mine to have dinner and go do some car shopping.

This is not how I envisioned this week unfolding, but you take care of business.

It sucks when life happens and you cant lift. I'm just getting back from 3weeks out of the gym, had to move which left me worn out and couldn't lift, then had to do all kinda of things to get ready for my wedding, and then the honeymoon. I'm glad to be back.
