Well i'm going to end up with a 3 week lay off from lifting. Been moving the last couple of weeks, getting married this coming weekend then the honeymoon next week. Will be back in the routine the week after. Its been a crazy couple of weeks.

3 weeks of ****ty diet(though I enjoyed eating what i want) and plenty of beer. The moving, the wedding, the honeymoon is all over. Tomarrow I will be joining up at a new gym, and getting back on track with my diet. I've narrowed it down to two gyms one a top knotch facility with cardio and ball courts the other an old school style power lifting gym. I haven't check out the latter, but its probably what I'm leaning toward. I'm so ready to deadlift tomarrow.

signed up at the pit today, it's a powerlifting gym. I love the enviroment, i joined as a monthly member and not a key member, so i only have access M-W-F from 12:30-6:30(It's only 20$ a month). So I'm back to a 3day split. I would have gotten a key membership, but i'll be starting school full time in the fall as well as working 40+hours a week, so i'll lift while i'm on campus inbetween classes to save time.

Chest/Shoulders/TRIs

Hammer Str. In.
140x5
140x4 1/2
140x4

The last two sets my right side gave first(should be my strong side), I guess those hours of wii tennis wore me down yesterday.

Hammers Str. Flat
100x7
90x5
90x6

Same thing with the right side

Pec Dec
100x10(paused for stretch on each rep)
80x7(5sec. pause slow neg)

Hammer Str. Shoulders Press
50x10
60x8

Rev Pec Dec SSw/ DB Front Raises
80x20 15x10
80x20 12x10(2sec pause at top)

RGBP(Smyth)
50x7
50x5

This smyth is weird, has resistance with a wt. bar, I really didn't like the flow of motion.

Overhead Tri Extension(machine)
70x12
100x10

DEEECLINE Skulls(really steep)
70x5
50x5(really slow both ways)
