push day --------- bench: warmup 135x5 155x5 185x5 205x5 225x2x3- PR narrow grip 225x2x3-PR med grip 185x5- paused, wide grip another PR 135x10- wide grip db incline: 50x5 60x5 push press: 95x2x5 115x2x5 -not heavy dips: bwx10 bench dips: bwx2x20 db laterals: 15x20 db rear laterals: 15x20 OUT. Planned on doing 2 sets of 225 bench but pushed it and was pleased. Thought about 225x9x3 but that'll be in a few weeks or so

worked out with classmate pull day --------- deads:conventional, dbl overhand 135x5 185x5 205x5 225x5 275x5- grip about gave out at 5 lat pull downs: wide 120x10 135x10 150x8 135x8- underhand pullups: assisted +0x4 (bw) +50x10 bb rows: 95x10 115x10 pendlay rows: 135x5- foot keeps getting twisted, like i have artritis or something 115x10 -need to see a pediatrist cable rows: 120x10 135x10 150x10 165x10 1 arm cable rows: 45x10 75x8 60x10 bb curls: 70x10 60x10 RGBP: 135x2x10 -just did these for the hell of it bb shrugs: 135x10 225x10 275x5 -either i can't shrug, or i have weak traps. Who cares. I think i may have been shrugging backwards like in a rowing motion???

legs ---------- warmup on leg press ATG squats: 135x5 155x5 185x5 205x5 225x2x5- was going to do another set but decided to back up 155x20- really tough but felt light. I think my legs are stronger now sldl: 135x10 185x10 walking lunges: w/ 50 lb dbs (each hand) 60 ft total i think adductor: 80x20 90x20 abductor: 80x20 90x20 standing calf raise machine: weight not listed 6x5- DC style, stopped becuase i wanted to do a straight set 6x10- straight set ab machine: 80x2x20

push day -------- rack bench: varied grip 3" off chest -135x5 -185x2x5 6" off chest -205x5 -225x5 9" off chest -225x5 -245x2x5 Tough incline bench: 135x10 PR 135x8 135x6 -lol cable side laterals: 20x10 30x10 cable rear laterals/flys: 20x2x10 CGBP: 135x10- grip too close 135x8- widen grip a little 135x6- almost got 7 Decided to hit the rack today, might do rack bench for another week or so. Energy was low today.

leg day ---------- ATG squats: warmup 135x5 185x5 205x5 225x10- PR iffy form after 6-7 185x20-PR iffy form after 10 -i'm going to die right now, light headed and asthma seems to be coming back SLDL: med grip, 135x15 135x10 adductor: 90x20 abductor: 80x20 out. almost passed out in the car. luckily i wasn't driving.

leg day --------- atg squats: 135x5 155x5 185x5 225x5-done after 185x2x5 squats: 185x2x5- wide, deep but not at full depth -good stretch in groin 45 deg leg press: different machine 90x10 180x10 270x10 -not heavy but a lot different than the other leg press sldl: 135x3x10 adductor: 100x20 abductor: 90x20 -out, time to finish up this lab report. ARGH!
