push day ----------- bench: 135x5- wide grip, index on rings 155x5- wide grip 185x5- wide grip 205x5- wide grip PR for wide grip 225x3x3- pinkies on rings PR, last rep on last set assisted 135x10- wide grip cable side laterals: 1 arm at a time 20x2x10 seated military press: 95x5 115x2.5- lol, i suck at these. Definitely need to work on military presses. cable tricep pushdowns: 80x20 100x15 pullups wide grip: bwx9- grip slipping bwx5 cybex torso twisting machine: weight not listed 6x10 8x10 think i could have gotten 225x5. Originally wanted to do 225 x 9 sets x 3 reps.

Finally back in the gym, although i shouldn't have gone in today because of the lack of food. Lifted at school gym push day with some back work -------------------------------- bench: w/ fat bars 135x2x5 155x5 185x5 205x5 215x2.5 - drained 135x5 wide grip dips: bwx12 bwx10 -again, tired... got good pump though pull ups: wide, double overhand bwx10 bwx4 bwx7 - took a good 3-5 minute rest before doing these bwx4 cable rows: weight not listed 8x10 10x2x10 face pulls: weight not listed 6x8 8x8 power cleans: starting from the ground 135x4- lost grip on decent, stopped after lost grip 135x5

leg day --------- ATG squats: 135x2x5 135x20 135x10 SLDL: from floor, narrow stance 135x2x10 135x5 standing calf raise machine: 115x10 155x8 175x6 ab pullover: 60x15 80x15 not what i wanted to do but will be hitting legs hard next week

legs still sore from last leg workout, last thursday. went in anyway leg day ------------- atg squats: 135x10 155x8- could have gotten 10 but stopped, planned on going past 200 185x2x6- decided this was the weight for working sets 135x10 sldl: off stepper 135x10 185x8 185x6 leg press: couldn't get wide stance on it becuase of small footplate 180x5 270x20- rest pause. seated calf raises: 90x2x10 abduction/adduction AKA bad girls/good girls 80x20, each decline situps: bwx20 incline lying leg raises: bwx5- these were hard as hell pull ups: wide bwx2x8 bwx4 tried doing 5 second negatives: bwx3- hard to hold grip doing these pretty good leg workout, finally. wanted to add 135x20 on the squat but wanted to be able to walk the rest of the week weighed in at 171 lbs

I haven't done deadlifts in weeks! i've been anxious but will find a way to do them this week. May have to start back low though, which sucked becuase i was aiming for 315x5 the week after i pulled 315 with ease. That was like 5 weeks ago, lol.

push day -------- bench: 135x10 155x5 185x5 205x6 -was planning on doing 2-3 sets of 205x6 215x5 - last rep didn't touch 185x5- wide grip push press: first time doing these 95x5 115x5 135x2x5 first three sets felt hard, i realized how hard it is to do these WHILE looking at yourself in the mirror. The last set of 135 were easy since i looked up the whole time and didn't stare at myself. Mirrors aren't my friend. upright rows: 50x5 70x2x8 dips: bwx20 bwx14 -not as easy as before, i prefer dips over extension decline situps: bwx15 bwx10 ab pullover machine: 95x10

hopefully my lifts will start to increase, i'm thinking of increasing my rep count to 6-8, just to change things up. There was a guy in my gym deadlifting 405, 455, 495 for reps today, made me want to deadlift bad. I haven't had a good back day in weeks, i miss deads. Plan on hitting them tomorrow. sets of 275 maybe, not sure, been 5 weeks i think since i last pulled

went to the gym today, but damn gym was close becuase of the weather. It isn't even that bad, just some ice and a 24 hour gym closes for the day. What the hell? Did the next best thing besides lifting, EATING
Might hit the treadmill for some light cardio tonight, took some pics and i look fat

push and back day ------------------ Bench: 135x10 155x5 185x2x5 205x2x5; last rep on last set assisted 135x6 wide grip push press: 95x2x5 115x2x5 deadlifts: conventional stance 135xwarmup 185x5 225x3x5- been a long ass time since doing these. felt heavy for 225. will work way back up lat pulldown: 120x10- close grip 120x10- wide 135x8- wide 150x6- wide cable rows: 90x10 120x10 135x8 -not sure if i did a set of 150, ??? -finally was able to come in, first wave of tests are out of the way, thank god.

squats and light push day -------------------- ATG squats: 135x2x6 155x2x6 185x2x6 sldl: narrow stance from floor 135x10 155x10 incline bench: first time doing these in at least a year 135x2x6 155x5 155x4, last rep assisted -i suck at these, shoulders are hurting dips: bwx15 bwx10 cable side laterals: 20x10 wide grip pullups: bwx8 in and out combined squats and the upper body work becuase of the possibility of missing push day this week, i have lots of work to do...

push and pull day, no deads ---------------- bench: 135x2x8 - wide 185x5-wide 205x2x5 205x4 135x10-wide -PR for the sets of 205, wanted 205x3x5 but last set felt flat cable rows: close grip 105x10 120x10 135x8 150x8 bentover rows: 95x10 115x8 135x6 -form is coming around lat pulldowns:wide 120x8 135x8 135x6 pullups:wide bwx3- tired barbell curls: 50x2x10 wanted to do deads but legs still sore. upcoming weekend is going to be a retreat where they'll have buffet every meal

first day in the gym in a long time. sucked real bad. On spring break now, not much of a break... went in and did some stuff smith squats: atg 135x3x10 - hate the smith incline bench: 135x10 135x8 135x6 flat bench: 135x10 wide 135x8 wide bent over row: 95x2x10 135x6 shouldn't have went in but had to get back in form.

Wednesday March 21, 2007 push day ------------- incline bench: 135x2x8 135x6 push press: 65x10 95x2x5 135x4 cable tricep pressdown: 80x15 90x15 100x15 flat bench: close grip 135x2x10 -did these last becuase they weren't available until after i did everything else. cable side laterals: 1 arm at a time 20x2x10 wide grip pull ups: bwx8 this lay off is making me feel skinnier and weaker.
