Weigh in: dont' know, don't care Today was probably one of my best workouts period, my head was just in the right place, and my body was cooperating in turn. Bench Press: 165 (+5lbs) 3x6 1x8 (+3 reps from last set last time) This to me is a HUGE improvement over last week, I Haven't had an improvment like this between two workouts so far period. Skulls: +10lbs 4x10 Front Raises: +10lbs 4x12 these were real hard but I was not going to give up. monster workout, I've been eating reasonably clean and even when I don't I just pig out on something like a rack of ribs so I'm damn sure to get my protein intake in range. Most days I hit my goal macros within 50-100 Cal and 5 grams on everything. This is around the weight where my strength peaked before, so I want to make sure that I eat right.

Weigh in: 184ish Squats: Haven't done these in a while, been training on the box. 175x5 185x5 200x4 PR I'm amazed, I just told myself not to doubt that I can do more, and I really pulled through, I wanted to hit 200x5, but after 4 reps I was SHAKING like crazy, and for about 2 minutes after I racked it too, my CNS had enough of that.

Today I did my own form of event training, AKA moving. Glad i've been working out as I can definitely handle heavy items more easily than 2 years ago when I moved in to my parents' house.
i'm going to skip a lower body day and shift around my other stuff to make up for my missed session. Diet has been crap although I'm tryign to stuff as much protein down as I can manage.

I made it in to the gym on monday, didn't have time to do my full routine so I hit the two most important exercises
Bench: +5lbs Military: +10lbs <--- I'm gona get you supr@! There will be no more adding 10lbs on militaries every time, but at least I went up 20lb in two workouts, I should be able to add 5lb every time for quite a while though I think. Yesterday hopefully was my last day of eating like crap as my fridge is in and fully cold now, just need to go shopping tonight and stock it up with beef, chicken, and eggs

Oh yeah by the way, I got some beta alanine since DoggCrapp said it could be the next big thing, and more importantly that it wasn't very expensive so I can give it a try without much pain to the wallet. I'll update whether I think it does or does not make a difference in my workouts. My log will be very sparse for a while as I'm working with IronAddict and as it is, it's not helping anyone, I'll just chime in with my current weight and once in a while if I go for a 1RM or have really made a good jump.

After some reading i'm going to go for 1g 4x a day everyday and see how that treats me.
I took two doses so far, and after the second one holy cow, my face and even my finger tips were tingling, i was sitting in my car and it as pretty significant, the second i was able to get out of myc ar and move around, it went away.

Somehow I have come up with a sore throat, this is the first time i have been legimately sick in quite a while. I am going to see how well I can do to not let it set me back, as the momentum was goign strong, I'm going to stay out of the gym for sure as my body doesn't need extra stress the way I'm feeling at the moment.

Beta Alanine side effects are becoming less severe now, barely tingle or not at all.
Two plus weeks of beta alanine supplementation should come right around when I pick up my volume again, so I should see if it's starting to see if there's any effects.

Still sick, STILL injured... wth... I am stretching a LOT now, as I think flexibility is the root of my problem. I am able to do most stuff without pain, but pain will flare up and can instantly derail a squat session for example.
Oh yeah, I found that a few sets of light hang cleans really helped me warm up for squats on the last session that I had a great session, so I'm going to try it again and see if it works for me. Just learning my body
