After Schoool Program!
Warm up Stretching Forms practice Helped the kids with forms, stances, etc. Night Class (Adult time!) Boo Ya Baby! Great class! Spent a lot of time drilling the legs! Broke a good sweat and kept it up for the entire 60 minutes! Warm Up Streching Cardio training: Varied for 20 minutes Round Robin sparring. Spar one person 3 minutes, rest, next person. 20 minutes Cool Down and Streching.

Thanks for stopping in Hawkwind. I am up to 3 nights a week w/ TKD. I do help out with the After School Program daily. So that is 8 classes a week! If I even think about training legs during the week I get sore!

Well until I joined this place, I spent a total of 2 1/2 years in Shotokan and Shaolin Kung fu and was nothing more then a white belt. I never knew color could be so important! LMAO

Today
Deadlifts (my first time. no longer a virgin 135 X 8 Warm Up 185 X 8 225 X 8 (Tried 275 and moved it 1") 225 X 8 135 X 10 (Having done STL's before it was strange trying to keep my form together. Learned a lot though. Had to use straps on my 4th set in the work out so grip needs work, as do my glutes. Really felt the work there) Dips + 45lbs. X 8 + 25lbs. X 8 Bodyweight X 2 sets to failure Leg Extensions 135 x 10 135 x 10 110 x 10 Leg Curls 110 X 10 110 X 10 110 X 10 Today was all about getting the Deads in, the other stuff was sort of clean up for the week. _________________
