Default 1st Contest - 7 weeks till show time - Journal

Hey fckers, what can i say...its been a long while.
Some old schoolers will know me and it will be good to shoot the breeze again and to the new guys and gals, welcome to the chaos that is my contest prep!

A little background info for you.... this place only allows 5 frikin images to be linked so sorry, you'll have to click a few of them

When i was last on these forums in 2005, this was me....the Auschwitz survivor and long standing body double for the film 'the Machinst'.

http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/5824/38492498sm2.jpg

April 2008 i fought my last MMA amatuer fight and decided to get back into bodybuilding.

This is me April 2008

http://img440.imageshack.us/img440/4...2008028hh9.jpg

http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/7...2008015je3.jpg

Now..... getting back into bodybuilding i knew one way to get back some muscle memory was to bulk...and boy oh boy did i bulk.

Caution to the wind, i went all out and also jumped on 500mg Sust p/wk for 12 weeks.

The result

http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/8...2009261gp7.jpg
http://img253.imageshack.us/img253/6...2009263sc5.jpg
http://img378.imageshack.us/img378/5...2009257en1.jpg

I think i'm about 12% BF in those pics....*cough*

Now.... wanting to compete i start dieting in January natty and began a slow cut to trim some fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible.

At the start of April i inlisted the help of Paul Scarbourough, a UK NABBA champion.

Diet is under wraps, i paid for the info and priviledge so only info i can divulge is AAS, supplements, training and cardio so please respect that.

These pics are two weeks old but i will be posting some new ones up tonight for my fortnightly update, so these will hold you for now.

http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/w...2/DSCF0046.jpg

http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/w...2/DSCF0043.jpg

http://i723.photobucket.com/albums/w...2/DSCF0042.jpg

For the last 5 weeks i have been running 500mg/wk test eth and 200mg deca to bring back some muscle mass and keep the muscle loss down.

I'll be moving to tren ace and test prop soon with the later addition of masteron.

Currently taking 40mcg of clen every day

Cardio is 45mins upon waking and 45mins PWO.

Anyway.... 7 weeks to go

I know i will not nail conditioning 100% but this is my first contest and the experiance will hold me in good stead for my main goal of a big show next year.

Nice work. Are you pulling? Looks like your traps are severely lagging. Your arms are disproportionally huge, lol.
