omg my legs are STILL brutally sore, to where i can barely walk. maybe i overdid it on the ATG squats. well i took my LBAs, took some more Xtend, and now im going up to the gym to soak in the hotub for a while and hopefully soothe my quads ehough so i can do my deads tomorrow
i want to be ablt to do them! lol

what is NSAIDS? and i took a cold shower, then soaked in hot tub for a while, then another cold shower.

Basically just avoid NSAID's as much as possible. Its not like your pain is chronic, so the NSAID comment was more a generality, once probably wont bother you (although it does me) but consistant use will have a negative impact. Anyways........ information...... NSAID's and muscle

i didnt know heat was bad either. i mean its feels SOOO soothing on burnt muscles lol. ill admit cold showers feel good on the muscle as well when sore.

ok so 2day was oull day. had AWESOME pumps and i think the liquid muscle is really starting to kick in!
deadlifts 225x10 315x8 both warmup sets 355x6 375x6 PR, felt great. couldve done more weight if quads wernt so sore still lol bb rows 155x6 165x6 yates rows 175x6 185x6 pullups-wide grip BW2x10 lat pulldowns wide 150x6 160x6 alt DB curls 45sx2x8 hammer curls 45sx8 seated ab pulldowns 150x10 170x7, then switched back to 150 for 5 more reps decl. rocky crunches 2 sets of 10 with 4 twists numbers are goin up and feelin great, lookin bigger than ever

had a good push day 2day. felt good. nice pumps in my delts and chest. weights went up about 5lbs the past 3 weeks
wide grip bench press 135x10 warmup 185x10 warmup 235x6 250x6 close grip bench press 185x6 200x6 inclined bench press 155x6 165x6 man my incl. bench sux ass, idk y it dont go up that much. any suggestions??? DB miliitary press 55x6 60x6 65x6 rope tri pushdowns 110x10 120x10 lateral raises 25sx8 30sx8 rear lateral raises 20sx8 20sx8 seated weighted crunch downs 150x10 150x10 decl rocky crunches 2 sets of 10 with 4 twists need to get my incl goin. besides that, all my lifts are headin on up!

ATG squats 135 warmup 225 warmup 275x6 315x1, failed second rep. hate that i cant move much weight with ATG. parallel i can do alot more lol SLDLs 250x6 275x6 300x6 PR!!! leg press 650x6 715x6 calf raises 210x10 225x10 225x10 same abs workout gettn stronger, just wish my ATG was huge numbers, but too hard of a movement being only like 6 inches away from the ground to do heavy weight. lol. increasing tho

had a fairly good pull day today, wanted to rep 405 on deads today but after breakin down the produce trucks the past two days im a bit sore already lol.
deadlifts 225 warmup 315 warmup 375x6 385x5-was hard cuz already sore, if not it woulda been alot easier lol bb rows 155x6 165x6 overhand yates rows 185x6 185x7 BW pullupsx10 wide grip wide grip lat pulldowns 150x6 160x6 170x6 alt db curls (twist) 50sx8 db hammer curls 45sx8 slow neg straight db curls 35sx10 rocky decline crunches 2 sets, 10 reps 4 twists sitting ab crunch down 150x10 175x5, then 150x7 good workout, little sore from work earlier today, but still managed a decent workout. lookin big, so thats a plus. kick ass.

wide grip bench 135 warmup 185 warmup 235x6 250x6 close grip bench 195x6 205x6PR inclined barbell bench 175x6 ( i hate bb bench, think ill switch back over to DBs db-80sx6 db military 65sx6 70sx6PR rope tri pushdowns 100x3x8 lateral raises 30sx2x8 rear lateral raises 20sx2x8 ab work had TREMENDOUS tri pumps tonights workout. def sore now. next week ill go for wide grip bench 255x6 reps. wide is tougher as reg grip i can rep prbly 275 for 5 reps. o well, wide works chest more, which is what i need lol. tris are solid. delts are gettin there.
