Default Lozan's Training Journal - Road to 1500

Starting a new journal........goal is to reach 1500 total by end of year. Lofty goal, but gonna try my best. Will probably start up DC again shortly if I can get a consistent training partner.

Current Split:
Monday - Back/bis/legs
Tuesday - Chest/tris/shoulders
Wednesday - off
Thursday - Legs/back
Friday - Chest/tris/shoulders

Back is primary on Monday, so if I don't get to legs, that is fine.....same goes for Thursday, Legs are primary.

Current supplements:

Basic vitamins (multi, c, a, calcium)
NOW Super Enzymes (digestive)
Gut Health by RPN (haven't started this yet, but plan to)
Kre-Ex by Atlas Nutrition (almost out and probably won't continue...good stuff, just expensive)
Valerian Root (for better REM sleep)

Current Stats:
Bench - 350
Squat - 455
Dead - 535
Bodyweight - 225
Bodyfat - between 10-15
Height - 6'2"

Goal by end of year is to get dead to 600, squat to 500, and bench to whatever it takes to make 1500 total.

Did want to do too many heavy sets as I had volleyball that night (so I was trying to save my legs a bit). Kinda curious how many I could do @ 405 too.

Not enough time this morning for training - will bench after work, which I hate because the gym is always packed at that time with Air Force retards.

LOL - read this slow, so you understand.......or maybe I should call you and tell Peyton and then he can 'plain it to ya? I don't think my dead and squat will end up right on 600 & 500. So, assuming they end up somewhere in that ballpark, my bench just needs to compensate for the remainder. Clear as mud?

LOL..........

Ok, was supposed to squat this morning, but wanted to save legs for V-ball. Had semifinals tonight. Played a team that was 27-0. We beat their asses. 25-12, 25-20. LOL Finals on Monday.

Squatting tomorrow morning. My training partner is back in town, so that is cool.........

Keep working on the Pro-Am Beach VBall Championship and you'll be hitting 1500 in no time...

My primary goal in my (hobby) life is to bowl a 300 - given the choice of benching 500 or bowling 300, I'd take the perfect game.

I was wondering how many 500 benchers can bowl 300? I WILL get to a 500 bench. The 300 bowling has a lot of x-factors. While I'm very consistent at about 180-200, I also blow up sometimes and flirt with a perfect game (I took one into the 9th frame once) and then sometimes, I'm atrocious. I'm way too competitive - if someone is pushing me or I get into a zone, I can come close. If I'm bowling around 120 bowlers, I might join them.

Sorry JLo, I'm your *****, you know.
