LOL - read this slow, so you understand.......or maybe I should call you and tell Peyton and then he can 'plain it to ya? I don't think my dead and squat will end up right on 600 & 500. So, assuming they end up somewhere in that ballpark, my bench just needs to compensate for the remainder. Clear as mud?

Ok, was supposed to squat this morning, but wanted to save legs for V-ball. Had semifinals tonight. Played a team that was 27-0. We beat their asses. 25-12, 25-20. LOL Finals on Monday. Squatting tomorrow morning. My training partner is back in town, so that is cool.........

I was wondering how many 500 benchers can bowl 300? I WILL get to a 500 bench. The 300 bowling has a lot of x-factors. While I'm very consistent at about 180-200, I also blow up sometimes and flirt with a perfect game (I took one into the 9th frame once) and then sometimes, I'm atrocious. I'm way too competitive - if someone is pushing me or I get into a zone, I can come close. If I'm bowling around 120 bowlers, I might join them.

Monday - 7/2/07 - Bench Day
Went light today. Flat Bench bar / 135 / 225 x warm 275 x 8 x 3 300 x 6 x 2 RGBP 225 x 8 x 3 Incline DBs 100s x 6 x 3 Some pushdown and cable crossover nonsense DC stretching and out. Volleyball after........finals. Lost the first game and won the next two. Won the league ;-)

Full Squats 135 / 225 / 315 / 365 x warm 385 x 6 x 1 405 x 4 x 3 - that was it.......knee was feeling a little sore in the back (odd) and I also forgot my wraps. Rack Deads 135 / 225 / 315 / 405 / 495 x warm 515 x 6 x 1 545 x 4 x 1 585 x 1 x 1 605 x 1 x 1 - hell yeah.......very pleased with this. Leg Press SS w/ DC Calves 580 x 12 x 3 Pull Throughs, abs, hips/groin Out........
