haha - yeah, still training......sitting at about 240 right now.

Won't be benching for a couple weeks though, because I played in a volleyball tourney on Saturday for 7 hours and I messed up a tendon on the inside of my right forearm where it attachs to my elbow.

Hey bro, I was looking over your history on the board and I think it's safe to say you've come quite a long way since, let's say your first post

Do you have any pics man? If I remember correctly, you were originally once 240 lbs. seeking to manage your weight and you said you're sitting at 240 now so I'm assuming those are two completely different looking sets of 240's we're talking about right??

Well, I live in Ohio. Some of us from this board and another board regularly meet at a dude's house in TX to hang out, drink, lift, etc......next trip is june 25th-29th I think.

yeah......its tons of fun. I was out there last month and the weather was nice, but in June it'll be even better, because we can chill on the river............if you wanna go, PM me and I'll give you details.
