haven't really kept up on this in a while. my laptop took a sh*t and I need to buy a new one - plus I have a new job, so don't have all the work free-time I did before.

I am lifting in a nice, hardcore powerlifting gym now. they even have a stand for chalk and bands you can use at the gym. some big mofos there too. today was dead day conv. deads warm-ups forever....back was super tight. need to get a deep massage done. 405 x 5 x 1 495 x 2 x 1 565 x 1 x 1 585 x 1 x 1 rack deads 585 x 1 x 1 675 x 1 x 1 695 x 1 x 1 715 x 0 x 1 (got it 1/2 way up) 705 x 1 x 1 (i rested like 15 minutes before this. lol) PR - never played with 700 on deads before. sh*t felt heavy. very heavy. zerchers, bottom up 225 x 8 x 1 315 x 6 x 1 365 x 3 x 3 tbars 225 x 8 x 1 270 x 5 x 2 lat pull downs 190 x 8 x 3 chins w/ 3 sec negs BW (245) x 8 x 2 BW (245)+45 x 3 x 1 rope crunches 180 x 12 x 3 pull throughs 180 x 8 x 3 45 minutes cardio almost fell asleep in a cold shower. lol

Thanks Tommy Boy - family means everything. As for food - I have increased my carbs a bit more as of late. My deads have been blowing up, but squats have been fairly stagnant. We will see tomorrow morning when I squat.
Boyd - wtf has happened to Rocky Top this year? They are gonna get stomped by Miss. State.
