haha yeah, but 100's are the biggest my gym has and they wont buy more becuase. Their excuse is that they dont want people yelling while doing a set, yet they dont mind if i bring my own! cheap a-holes. Yeah my carbs were low yesterday but i had them when i needed them and my calorie intake was more than normal. Plus i had insufficient funds so i sucked down a few too many protein shakes lol

are you freaking kidding me? 471g of protein? wow thats pretty useless. Did you ever post any vids of you "natural" lifts? or did you confess to other substances? Either way it would still be good to post the lifts.

Edit: ok so your weight is 260x 1.5(g of protein) = 390 so yea you went over a bit but still almost 100g. Still looking for lifts tho.

Hey bro he's doing DC it's not 1.5 it's 2.0 so in fact he's LOW on protein.

Before posting in somebody else log learn what he's doing first.

Thanks.

my diet has been working great for me. i can already see the results, and I am down 10 pounds in 5 weeks, which is right on que. I have 15 weeks to get to where i want to be and I may get there sooner.

Good results man, no doubt.....just be careful and keep the protein as high as possible when cutting. If you start losing strength, that is a sign.

im trying to make sure i get 450-500 daily, and at least 2900 cals. My strength has been increasing at a good steady rate and my muscles are growing. Im dieting extremely strictly these next 2 weeks before i go home for easter. Then when i come back to school i will have a month of strict dieting and hopefully i will be getting close to my goal bf%
