WOOHOOHOO!! todays workout was bad fvckin ass!!! woo i love this sh!t!!

i could barely walk out of the gym today...

Biceps: Alternate Db curls: 60x10x6x4(each arm)...needed more weight
Forearms: Hammer Curls: 40x20 (each arm) good set
Calves: 225x12 w/20 sec negs (burned like hell)
Quads: Squat 405x8...widowmaker 315x20 (too light i think ill go 340 next time)
Hams: Laying Leg Curl 165x15x7x4 w/20 sec static (HARD! and was cramping but i held in there and didnt give up until i totally exhausted myself)

tried to run but could only last 5 minutes because i was on the verge of puking so i just did some light stretches on the untrained body parts and did extreme stretches after each lift

DC is all about the pain.......I find the damn stretches to be the worst. I dread doing those f*cking things everytime I train.

yes, just be careful.........bis are a small muscle and you don't wanna f*ck something up. A lot of guys when they get real heavy on bis, they don't even R/P.

Back Thick - t-bar rows straight set 10-12
then a 20 min. run

wooo todays workout was the hardest so far...

biceps: Preacher Curls 75x11(way to easy) 95x6x4(good weight)
Calves: Seated Raises: 50x10 w/ 5 sec negs and 10 sec stretch hold
Forearms: Hammers 45x40(good set)
Hams: Leg Press 855x10(way too light) 765x20(hardest set ive EVER done) burned like holy hell and i couldnt stand up after!
Quads: Leg Ext. 180x11x6x6 w/20 slow negs and 12 sec static( would have gone longer but i was totally burned out)

didnt run after ward, it was hard enough to just stand up (ill need alot of sleep and glutamine to recover from this)

Aw man thats why you cant feel your tris. Your grip on RGBP should be so tight that when you have a neg your arms are rubbing against your side. Just about shoulder width apart. Oh and dont use a smith for rgbp just go bb

Grip little wider then shoulder, you bring the bar at the bottom of your sternum.

I prefer doing it on the smythe for safety reason...
