Straight Bar Curls: 105x8x8x8 Hammers: 50'sx8x8x8 Hang Clean: 135x8x8x8 (making sure my form is still decent, weight was light) Machine Rows: 240(all the weight)x10x10x8 Pull Throughs: 150x8x8x8 ( I LIKE THIS!)

Today was the hardest workout I have had in years, maybe ever...
Warmup: DB Bench: 75x10 100x10 Workout: Flat Bench: 9 sets of 3 at 225 (working on bar speed w/ inner, middle, and outer grip) Rack Bench(from sticking point): 315x3 405x3 315x5 315x5 Explosive Flat Bench: (working on bar speed on the upward path again) 225x3 - 20 second rest - 335x1 225x3 - 20 second rest - 350x1 DB Shoulder Press: 85x8 95x8 105x8 Lateral Raises: 35x8x8x8 DB Rows: supersetted with lat pulldowns: 120's x8x8x8 150x8x8 140x7 DB Extensions: 105x8 110x8 130x6 I am completely exhausted right now..I was on the verge of puking from the supersets, but somehow, I held it down. PWO Shake: 75g Whey 45g Dextrose 15g BCAA's 12g Glutamine Followed by a meal 1 hr later: 6oz Pork Tenderloing 1.5 Cups Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

My chest is starting to feel much better, finally. Yesterday was a heavy ass chest, back, bi, and tri workout. I took a bottle of endorush and some xpand for the first time, pre-workout. It was the biggest pump i've ever had, and I had alot of energy, even though I felt a little jittery.
Machine Rows: 160x10 180(all weight)x8x8 Preacher Curls: 85x10 95x8 105x8 Lat Machine: 120 on each side x8x8x8 Alternate DB Curls: 55x8x8 Pinwheel Curls: 55x8 Flat Bench: 275x8 315x8 335x6 350x3 DB Incline: 100x10 (felt like nothing) 110x8 (toyed around with it) 130x6 (biggest DB's they had) DB Tricep Extensions: 130x10x8x8 Rope Pushdowns: 110x8x8x8 It was a great workout for me. I am sore as sh*t today.

Sup guys..Ive been really busy lately with 2/3-a-days. Right now im the starting left tackle. They seem to think im big/strong/fast as hell. They have put in new plays just because im am able to pull with good speed. Im not really supposed to say anything up until the first game but oh well. Our workouts are mainly speed/power workouts, and they arent my usual style of lifting. Ill doo my best to keep this updated. Thanks
