damn...i dont know what is going on, but something is just not right. The past few weeks ive had what seems to be a slight "pressure" onmy sternum that occasionally pops. Well, I was doing Bench today and it started to hurt pretty bad, then went away as sudden as it came. It did this after every set, but while doing tricep extension, it started to hurt really bad. Im not sure what it is, but I will hopefully find out when I go get my physical on Friday. If the doctor doesnt know, then im going to try and see a chiropractor. The pain is not in the Xiphoid precess, but what feels like the Manubrium/body of sternum.
Todays Lifts: Bench: 275x8 285x8 295x8 DB Incline: 100'sx8x8x8 Dips: BW w/30lb DB x8x8x8 Tricep Extensions: 100x8 (hurt sternum) Rope Pulldowns: 150x8x8

went to the doc and was told that i have chondritis.. Something like a small tissue strain between the ribs..she said i was putting to much stress on it. Im going to narrow my grip and see if that helps any, it may also be from the weighted dips

my ephedrine hcl should be in the mailbox when i get home tomorrow and I will be starting that sometime next week. I just made a couple hundred bucks for my bday, so im gonna stock up on some supps. Then im going to get dual exhaust on my new truck and some bose speakers.
