Default july 22-26th highlights

to busy with work now, my routine doesnt change very often form what ive been doing latley because its been working. ill just post highlights of the week. mostly major lifts, untill my routine changes.

chest

went elbos out on these lifts, im more interested in lifting the weight with my chest opposed to just powering the weight up.

bb bench highlight - 275 super slow and controlled for 4 reps.. didnt do max this week.

incline bb - 245 x 4.. very controlled.

deads

405x8.. pr was smashed by 3 reps with only 3 hours sleep. wtf? blood shot out of my nose on last rep.. it was wierd.

maxed out at 505

shoulder bb press
205x5

squats 335 super deep for 1 rep was my heavy set. really deep.

thats all the major lifts for the week. not bad. the nitro t3s seem to actually be working after 2 and a half weeks, i feel strong pumps and my deads exploded.
