lol i guess not... it almost feels like cheating when your doing rack does.. it doesnt feel like it does near as much. so anyway.. what your saying is my hip muscles are whats probably causing my deadlifting plateau?

well it isn't your back or legs........either hips, abs, or hams/ass. Your SLDLs seem pretty stout, so I don't think that is the case, but keep hitting them hard.

man am i dog tired.. im on my third shift of nights and im bagged. im gonna wake up around 3 tommorow and go work some chest. 3 more nights after tonight and im done... ****in 15 hour shift today though. i did work some traps and forearms before work yesturday but im not going to post it because that would be useless jsut like this post.

thanks man. haha i have to keep pushin though.. i cant take a week off everytime i start a new set of night shifts.. i only got 7 a month and there right in a row its not to bad.

oblique pulls with the 80s

then played some bball with the girlfriend for a bit and got bored.

energy 8/10. as you can see shift work hours and days are long but the days off are the same way..and i got bored haha peace, chest tommorow.
