lol i guess not... it almost feels like cheating when your doing rack does.. it doesnt feel like it does near as much. so anyway.. what your saying is my hip muscles are whats probably causing my deadlifting plateau?

.. no spot today. neck still sore but getting better. seated db press 75s 85s 95sx3.. pretty hard to get the first rep without a spot but i managed. i know i got 5 last week but that was with the spot. miltary bb 185 185 drop set 135 plate raises 45 45 side laterals 25s 25s reverse pec dec 12th slab 13th slab went ****in heavy on tris skull crushers 100lbs 140lbs 140lbs.. almost crushed my skull without a spot but i got decent reps out. cg bench 205 205 205x5 weighted dips for tris +45 +55 +60x4 drop set bodyweight dips energy 8/10. pretty good workout but i hate when work out buddies puss out last minute.. no biggie though. start night shift for a week straight so ill do what i can next week with only 2 hours spare time between sleep and 14 hour work days. ill get it done though.

..neck still sore so ill do traps tommorow with forearms and abs or something for a mini workout before my next night shift. conventional deadlifts 135 225 315x9 -straps...PR 405x3 -straps...PR 455x1 -straps/belt... ill try and hit 475 again after rack deads next week. t-bars 4 plates 4 plates 4 plates + 25lbs bb rows 185 under 185 over 185 under chinups overgrip failure undergrip failure overgrip failure undergrip failure preacher curls 100lbs 120lbs 120lbs hammer bar curls 100lbs 100lbs 100lbs cable curls 50s 60s 70s energy 8.5/10. well im trying to get in night-shift mode... so i stayed up till 4:30 last night and slept till 1pm. tonight im going to be up till about 7:30am and hopefully sleep untill 3pm. had lots of rest and got a couple prs on deadlifts.

man am i dog tired.. im on my third shift of nights and im bagged. im gonna wake up around 3 tommorow and go work some chest. 3 more nights after tonight and im done... ****in 15 hour shift today though. i did work some traps and forearms before work yesturday but im not going to post it because that would be useless jsut like this post.

bb bench (no spot didnt go as heavy) 135 225 245 245 incline db press 90s 105sx4..probably a pr 105sx3 decline hammer strength machine 186 236 236 flies 45s 45s 45s energy 8/10. felt liek my chest got worked well today even without a spotter.. i shoulda grew some balls and went for 305 2 times without a spotter but then theres the risk of dying.

shoulders/legs/triceps... i knew id be hungover to much the to workout out tommorow so i had to put some **** together.
seated db press 80s 85s 95sx4 bb military press (high rep) 185lbs 185lbs 185lbs front plate raises 45lbs 45lbs side laterals untill failure then power partials to burn them out till failure 25s 25s reverse pec dec 12th slab 13th slab atg squats 135 225 315 315x6 hack squats 360 360 450x5 450x4 sldl 225 225 315x3 leg extensions 195lbs 210lbs seated calf raises 2 plates a side 2 plates + a 25er a side. machine standing calf raises 500lbs 500lbs skull crushers 100lbs 120lbs 120lbs cg bench 185lbs 205lbs 205lbs weighted dips (straight up and down, for triceps) +45 +55 +60x5 dropset bodyweight to failure energy 8/10. mm only took about an hour and 20 minutes if you can believe it. this is the last saturday before my 19th birthday so im going to get ****ed up.

traps/forearms/abs/hips/groin/little cardio... getting bored on my days off from work as you can see.
upright rows supersetted w/ shrugs 80lbs 80s 80lbs 80s 80lbs 80s 80lbs 80s reverse curls 40lbs 40lbs wrist roller (10lbs) 2 sets.. holy **** i forgot how much these burn. hooked my ankle up to the cables and did inside and outside (hips/groin) 2 sets each with the 50lbs slab. 2 sets of decline abs with medicine ball hanging leg raises with 10 pound dumbell hanging off my toes oblique pulls with the 80s then played some bball with the girlfriend for a bit and got bored. energy 8/10. as you can see shift work hours and days are long but the days off are the same way..and i got bored haha peace, chest tommorow.

*side note* weighed in at 198 today.. still 6' with 33 inch waist around 12%bf, making improvements!* db press 85sx12 105sx6 115sx4 120sx2..**** ya PR bb incline (bench is welded at 45 degrees.. all other adjustable benches were taken.. so had a rough time) 185lbs 205lbs 205lbsx5 hammer strength 186lbs 236lbs 256lbs incline flies 50s 50s 50s energy 9/10. good db press pr on the birthday.. only had about a minute rest between every set today because i was a little hyper. again a little to much incline on the only bench left over but i made due.

squats 135 225 275 315x8 hack squats 360 450 450 510x4..PR sldl..forgot my straps, really need to work on grip.. it was failing me at 315 225 225 315 leg extensions 195 210 seated calf raises 180 230 standing machine calf raises 500lbs 500lbs energy 8/10. not bad workout, nothing special. one pr on hack squats but i only went to parallel on the first 3.. cheated a little on the 4th, just trying to get stronger.

shoulders/tris seated db press 85s 90s 95sx5+2 from spot... which is a PR. may try 100s next time. some happenin dude was using the bb military press station so i decided to do the rest of the workout and do that last. plate raises 45 45 side laterals 25s 25s reverse pec dec flies 12th slab 13th slab bb military 185lbs 185lbs.. u could guess that my reps werent as high as normal for these. skull crushers 100lbs 120lbs 130lbsx5...sick PR... that was insane i dont know how my triceps got that much stronger in a week but ill take it. cg bench 205lbsx10 PR! 205lbsx8 205lbs with spot x10 inverted weighted dips 45lbs 70lbsx6..PR 80lbsx4..PR.. wtf is going on today? drop set bodyweight energy 8/10. someone mustve slipped steroids into my cornflakes this morning.. 5 PRs. ****in sweet.
