I have a question, how can people do so much on the leg press? I tried a couple of position but the most I could do is 300s. Mys quat is very close to it, 265. When you have time, can you check out my journal and give some critique. Thanks man. Your log is very scientific.

I heart my biophotonic scanner. This thing is amazing.
Ok, little time, lot to write. Wanted to dead but wanted the knee to rest, so on Sat or Sunday, I'm going to dead and squat. Yeah, I miss those days. I warm up and acclimate, don't ask about those sets. Bent Rows 225x15x3 275x10x2 Pull ups 3 sets x 15 bw Really slow negative, 2 second hold at the bottom. BURN. Wide grip pulldowns Whole stack (says 200, but it's the heaviest 200 I've ever felt on one of these machines) 200x15x5 Upright cable rows 120x20x3 Superset with face pulls 85x20x3 Straight arm pushdowns 120x25x5 (light rest) I did some hypers as well (like 70 degrees, maybe) 45lbs x 20 x4 Gotta roll! |

Well, what a day.
I just received word that my grandfather has passed away. He is who I credit for everything that I have and will become and was the most amazing man that I have known. I'm glad that he is finally feeling no pain, but I feel a bit more alone than I've ever felt. I'll be heading to my mother's home in the next day or so, so I probably won't be around. b |

Today was an arm day. Standing DB Curls 45x20 55x15 65x12x3 I actually had the last set recorded, but it's too long to upload. Maybe I'll put it on YouTube when I get a minute. Tricep Rope Pressdowns Not one of my faves for size, but it was mainly used to get the triceps ready for the next exercise. Stack +10lbs x 20 x 3 Reverse Grip Bench Press 135x20x2 225x15 275x10 335x8x2 365x5 (last rep on the vid) http://the-personal-trainer.com/Other/000_0355.MOV 415x0 That last set was for camera purposes and I bombed it. I just didn't have the gas and I knew I didn't as soon as I unlocked it. Standing EZ Bar Curls My lack of sleep and food last night caught up with me, so I just cranked a few sets out. 125x20x4 Bench Dips with 115lbs on my legs 15x115 (pulled the 25) 15x90 pulled a 45 (10 x 45) pulled the last one and did like 10.
