I totally understand what you are saying about doing a dead trying to get that weight up. Even tho I may only max at 100's - that crap is heavy and I KNOW it takes a rep away from me.
After that set I totally f*cked with the guy. I was tired as **** and I waited about 4 minutes (went to the restroom and filled my water up) and then came out, grabbed the 100s and did a set of like 30. Bwhahahahaa I even rocked back the way he showed me. But I wanted to make sure he saw me do a set (aside from the set of 160s I did) that his ass can't do in a million years.

I was f'n smoked by the time I got to legs today (they were last in the workout, and lucky today was a lower volume day for them).

I keep all sets intense but cycle volume day to day (today was high volume chest/shoulders/tris, low volume back/bis/legs). Friday will be high volume back/bis, low volume chest/shoulders/tris/legs). Monday was high volume legs.

Dude that is the great thing about you not having a 9-5. You can spend the 2+ hrs in the gym it takes to properly do a workout like that.

How long are you in there for that?

With work, family, school, etc., I'm able to squeeze in about 75 mins. Soon though - that will change.

Well, I typically only work about 4-5 hours per day at my gym. I could work more but I rather just make sure everything is going smooth, everyone's taken care of and everything is getting done right. Then I put my kid down for a nap and go lift. I typically lift for about 90 minutes, but for whatever reason, I sometimes go for over 2 hours. Drilling full body workouts though, even with pretty low-moderate but intense sets takes it out of you. I've got it set up to where my heavy days are all compound heavy ass work. Like today for chest, I did db bench and did like 6 heavy ass sets. Then I did db shoulder press (3 sets) and 2 sets of laterals. Then I went and hit RGBP and did 4 heavy ass sets.

Now, since my legs were smoked from Monday, I kept it simple and did 3 sets of leg press for 25 reps (I don't want to admit that I was only doing 750lbs) but they're aching anyway so I didn't kill them. Same with back and biceps - I only did pulldowns and cable bicep curls. On Friday, I'll tear back up - both width and thickness and will probably be a bit higher on my leg work too. But I'll chill on chest and may only do like 3-5 sets of incline.

I know that most of the guys on Ernie's world have seen this pic, but here's the most recent pic that I've actually uploaded of myself. It was taken about a month ago (give or take a few days) and I was staying in the 242-245 range. I'm now staying in the 245-249 range. I'm so far past what my set body weight tries to be that I can eat a bunch of **** and still not put weight on. I do, however manage to continue to lean out, so I'm not obsessing over the weight.

As I mentioned on the other site, I am putting my arm behind my back for a reason - most guys' pecs disappear when they put their arms behind their backs or over their heads... So, I wanted to make sure mine were staying put...

I have a leg shot and I'll have to find it. My new goal is to get the upper leg to 34"... That's going to take some time because I've got them damn near maxed out.

Oh and one more thing - since I'm trying to put size on, I'm going against popular opinion and I'm only eating 4 meals per day. Now, on workout days it's a bit different because I'll have an extra shake or whatever, but typically, I just hammer down 4 times per day and eat an assload more than I would normally. I try to make each meal at least 1000 cals and I also may have a muscle milk either before bed or during the night.

6'.

I had said 5'11" for the last several years, but something happened. LOL - I'm guessing my hours upon hours of spine and neck decompression at my chiropractors, but I'm actually 6' even right now.

Thats weird, I've been 6 feet even since I was a freshman in High school, but I recently got measured with my shoes off and I was only 5'11 and 1/2.
I was like "WTF, MEASURE IT AGAIN, NO WAY"...so she does, same result.
I said "Man, your guys' tape measure is screwed up" - bwahahaha

I attribute the 1/2 inch loss to being measured "with hair" before and now without - LOL As there is NO way I'll chalk it up to just getting older

Keep up the good work there Boyd. The no leg guys kill me. I see about (maybe) half the folks at our place ever do legs, if that many. Bunch of curl masters they are.

I dont really have back issues, I do have neck pain alot, still recommend?

So is this decompression something that a physician has to do or can I just go get one of the things you strap yourself into and hang upside down in it and let the spine decompress itself???

Space travel might work too

Chiropractor.

Here's that leg shot from earlier this month. I turned it sideways to see my ham protruding, lighting sucks, but I'm not flexed and they're over 33":
