A'ight, I'm zero carb today and for some reason, today is a bit harder than it normally is. I had entertained thoughts of going and running commanche lookout park today, but I think I'll refrain. I don't like to do anything on zero carb, and today I just don't have the energy or the desire to do it. LOL - I'm counting down the hours until I sleep so I don't have to think about it.

Alright, after that last post about what I've eaten, I tended to some business and then took a nap. I got to thinking that I don't think my lethargy is due to zero carb as much as it is to the hell raised by mother nature and son Peyton last night. I've never had a problem with extremely low carb for long amounts of time, so I don't think that has anything to do with today.
Nonetheless, I did just eat a 10oz fillet. Didn't hit on sh!t, so I drank another one of those little Myoplex RTDs. Should've drank a Micell Edge 50g drink, but I'll probably have one of those before bed. Think I'll take a shower and get ready for bed early tonight. |

Ended up on the massage table today which is always pleasant, but now between clients and that massage, I've almost forgotten all I've done.
Bent Rows I really wanted to hammer these today, so I did. 185x15 225x15 275x10x8 245x10x2 Pulldowns I usually do these a bit later, but wanted to get them in earlier. Oh - 200x15, 200x12 (I am fried from the above) Uh - 200x12, 200x10 DB Rows 100x15x3e Upright Rows Superset w/Straight arm pushdowns 150x15 / 120x25 x 6ea Bent DB Flies -Another Exercise I wanted to give a lot of attention to, went WAY lighter than I'm used to and wanted to ratchet up the reps. 30x25 30x25 30x20 30x20 30x17 30x16 30x15 |

Alright, I'm pretty pumped - today was measurement day of my antioxidant levels. As many of you read, when I first checked out my BioPhotonic scanner, my levels were 17000, which is right there with an obese smoker.
The deal is for 2 months take the vitamins and such and your levels will double or go up a certain amount (not sure what the deal is). So I checked my stuff today after 1 month, and the levels have already doubled. I know that I had been feeling much better, but to see an actual number associated with my progress meant a ton to me. Also, FYI, we tested people on 6 other types of vitamins - here's some of the results: ISS - barely increased. This guy is also a vegetable eating SOB. His levels were average before, and didn't move after he started the ISS. GNC Mega Man - Actually went down. LOL GNC Ultra Mega Man (or whatever it's called) - stayed the same. Centrum Silver (the guy is older) - stayed the same - was very low, and didn't increase. AST - didn't move. Again - mine doubled. Now, while I'm excited, I'm also pissed off because I have used, at one time or another every single one of those vitamins (not that Centrum garbage). Do you have any idea how much cash I've wasted? I'm going to run the hills. It's like 90 here right now. b |

I went to the park on this hot ass day and did 10 sprints up the top half of the hill. Was actually mostly shaded, so the sun wasn't f*cking me up. Felt good but I did see a lizard that was part dinosaur. Tried to catch it but it ran off into the woods.
Also seen a stupid b!tch walking 2 Pits and they were pulling her ass all over the place. If those dogs wanted free, there was NOTHING she could do to stop them. Wish I had my 9mm on me but it was down the hill in my rig. I know the state of Texas frowns on squeezing rounds off in city parks, but I would've been doing all of society a favor... Oh yeah. lol As I was leaving, I saw a chick with one of those garbage bag things on that dehydrates you to make you lose weight. Couldn't get my phone out in time to get pics, but it was hillarious. I didn't even want to waste my breath that her ass was going to die if she walked up and down that hill in that thing. I'll see it on the news tonight. lol |
