On occassion. I'm experiencing nice growth without going to that extreme right now. My knee has had quite a bit of damage over the years, so risking it to know my 1RM on squats isn't a big thing to me - if I can't stand, I can't work.
But if you're wondering, the last few weeks haven't been anywhere near all out. Supersetting makes it much harder, but without those sets, I could do much more weight. |

Today will hopefully be a sprint day on the moutains. Maybe on the track, but that's doubtful. The whole sprinting thing depends on two items:
1. It is raining out. I swear it's turned into London here. I know it's pissing people off because right now is Fiesta, but I could give a damn about that big welfare carnival. 2. I have a crushing migraine that hit me about 20 minutes ago. My eyes almost completely quit working, but I know that I took somewhere between 3-6 ibuprofen. Not my first choice, but all that I happen to have at the studio. For some odd reason, I don't have any migraine meds here. This sucks. I'm typing with one eye shut and the other almost closed, so if anything is totally f*cked up in this typing, I am sorry. |
