Actually Veng...all journals that had not been updated ended up deleted during a couple prunings. One of my favorite journals, Musicguy, even had his deleted. It wasn't a selective delete by any means.
That being said. I'm glad to see you start a journal here again.

Vengy, love and war is over? I didn't post in my journal here for 3 weeks back in Janurary and mine got deleted. I didn't bother starting a new one, training journals are the best place to learn and if there going to delete those instead of the Post Whore Tread I figured I didn't need to put another one here. But good to see yours, maybe you can teach these folks a thing or two.

monday-no workout. labor day and everything was closed. I'm not worried, I think my body could use the day off.
tuesday- Personal fitness class. pushups-25 in min (even with a bad shoulder) cardio 10 min of high intesnity (I was cloase to maxing out resistance) Did some body comp. Found out with 0% body fat i'd weigh 210lbs lol. I just love beating the bobybuilding bsn whores in my class. |

135x15 225x3 315x1 455x1 Singles 540x1-pr 550x1-pr 550x1 540x1 Doing these a little more sumo style. The first 550 was really nice and smooth. I felt so good ,even after running a mile and a half yesterday. That cardio stuff is the shiz, I have so much more energy. up 20lbs from last week, I think the less warm up also helped. tuesday-squats
first, i had ot do 20 min of cardio for gym class. So i rested for awile after that ,but my legs were still sore. reg squats Totaly raw, no belt 460x4 470x2 Not failure on ethier. Just went light because of its closeness to dead day. I think next week i'm going to start right out at 465-470. I lost nothing taking a week off from squats. Gm's 315x5 Again, light abs crunches BW+60lbs dbx8 samex8 I'm just happy I got squats in even if it was after cardio. |

Wensday-bench
My shoulde rhurt, and now I know why ,and I can fix it. It's simple really, it's my hand placement on squats. To close and then comes the weakness and pain. I should have had 290x3x3 I knew walking in the gym that wasn't happeneing. Bench 280x1 wth? Well, My shoulder hurt so.. 2 board 225x10 Didn't know how I'd do on the boards 2board 280x3 Reg 225x3 2board 225x4 Weird I know. The board sorta took my shoulder out of the lift more. raises side 30x8 30x8 front 25x8 30x8 Grip work, Not too much note worthy expect I held 2 35's for 7 seconds today. |
