Nah, hell no. I do them like you. I don't even think about it either. Sometimes I go both over, sometimes they're staggered. I've done over 600 both ways, so I don't know why I choose one or the other at different times.

Nah, I try not to make anybody look bad on purpose, nor gloat about it. Each in his own time, it's how hard your working at it to me.

Also, those who say you can't do squats and deads on the same day...ok I kid.

Ok, i'm going away soon for about five days. no training will be happening during this time...So my plan is to pack alot of stuff into today and tuesday.

I see no reason why I can't hit a 600+ squat soon, very soon.

I know how easy 570 was time I maxed, hell it wasn't a max really ,and since my last deload my pause squats have gone up insanly.

I don't know about you guys, but I can always beat those 1 rep max calculators.
