Ok, i'm going away soon for about five days. no training will be happening during this time...So my plan is to pack alot of stuff into today and tuesday.
Monday AC at the gym in a fit, so all of my training today like like old school sweat until you pass out kinda fun pause squats 520x3 520x3 DEEP AS HELL ont he last set. Just freaking buried. Of course I almost lost the last rep. Thank God for overly strong abs. lol. Rack deads, set justbelow knee. 315x3 405x1 500x5 +6 sec staic hold on the last rep. My form seemed good so I guess for now I've fixed it. So I went up a bit 605x3-thought about five until I started to feel sick. Also, because of the amount of sweating I was doing I used straps on this set, however I really didn't feel like I need 'em once the set started. Gm's 225x8 225x8 Lighter I know ,but my lower back had already done some work... abs 230x6 230x6 Groin+hip work. I can't wait, Tomarrow Is bench and upper beck combined. WOOT! |

I see no reason why I can't hit a 600+ squat soon, very soon.
I know how easy 570 was time I maxed, hell it wasn't a max really ,and since my last deload my pause squats have gone up insanly. I don't know about you guys, but I can always beat those 1 rep max calculators. |

Tuesday T minus 1 day to leave Board press 275x3 275x3 My tris lack. Close grip 225x3 This also proves it. Lateral Db raises 40x5 40x5 My shoulders are stonger than ever...I have an inbalance haha. Bent rows 275x5 275x5 lat pull downs 260x3 260x3 db curls I didn't have time time so I grabbed big dbs and just hit it 70x3 haha Ouch. Concentraion (machine, qick afterthought) 80x8 Honestly, I didn't get the workout I wanted to in because I was playing Mr. trainer and spotter as usual. I gotta start charging. |
