Pause squats(not belt) 435x3 435x3 (assited) 435x1 Ok, so the assited rep bugged me. My glutes and hams are destroyed. So is my back. This stuff was freaking deep too. up 15lbs from last week. Gm's stiff legged 225x5-easy yet it made my knees hurt. Bent kneeded 225x5 225x10 225x5 So I didn't go super heavy today. Hips 2x25 Reverse hyper...er that excercise where you raise your legs er....bwx10 abs tomarrow. |

Felt better Still cut back on assitance. Dead 135x10 225x5 315x3 455x1 520x3-pr 520x6-pr 560x1-pr and felt easy. Assorted ab work and some lower back stuff. Nothing worth noting. No rows or curls because of elbow. 600 floor Dl coming soon. |

My beck is not feeling well. Feels very tired still from friday's rack deads. I probably shouldn't have squated... squats 480x2 wtf? 480x1 WTF? 480x1 WTF! This should have been for 3-5...Ahh damn lower back and my love of pulling. No Gm's. squats 475x1 ok, I was dumb to try this, so i back off. 405x6 gm's 315x7 315x5 squats 405x3 hips... 200x25 groin 155x20 squats 405x4 abs crunches 65lbs dbx10 100lbs dbx5 MY training partner is crazy...and well, he makes me crazy so I tried 100. And yes....I kept thinking about how it sucked ot do 405 so I went back and did squats sevral times... |
