MySpace and YouTube are BOTH blocked here at work.

I know there are plenty of other sources, just dont know if TKG has the time to upload it elsewhere....

Just a FYI - you can connect through proxies at work that allow you to view sites such as myspace, youtube and other popular filtered sites.

You can find proxies anywhere and most don't require anytype of software or signing up or anything to use. I HIGHLY doubt anyone at work would even know either, the whole idea of using a proxy is to hide identity.

2 months notice, my coach made more emphasis on BJJ training and cut out wrestling and stand up pretty much afterwards.

dont forget i've only been training in MMA since aug 07

I was gonna comment on your takedowns being telegraphed, but decent job. Work your hands a bit and you should be okay. You looked pretty gassed, by the way you were lugging your punches, but it just may be your stand up. Few more fights, along with some more competitive athletes you will see improvement or atleast see where you need it. You did alright for just training in mma since Aug '07. Keep training hard bro...
