judo from the ages 8-13
southern counties squad
won silver in souther england tournament
multiple trophies and medals, never won gold though

taekwondo 1.5 years
won silver for sparring in green belt open tournament
won gold for sparring in purple/red belt open tournament
came 2nd in black belt sparring league after leading the table for 16 weeks, i was disqualified in the final bout against the #2 competitor
Beat grades from 3rd degree down...whilst a purple belt.

MMA?
First fights February 16th, 2nd April 26th

Oh ...there is soemthing........Bushido Academy won first place in the city for the parade float the ole man, I and a friend built. .lol ok ok

On a serious note .....Im impressed you guys. That takes alot of hard work.
As I get higher in rank Im seeing the demand on training. Alot of dedication.
I aspire to start going to the tournaments but Im, still a bit unsure of myself.

Props to you...thats alot of work!!!!!

Purple belt in kickboxing,
5th Kyu in Aikido

Training in MMA and more ground work at the moment. Cage fighting at the end of this year.

Join the UK MMA League, its a non head shot league... good for amateur noobs to get some experiance.

Tang Soo Doo for 6 months
Shotokan for 12 months
Shaolin Kung Fun for 8 months

Currently been training WTF TKD, Mu Duk Kwan for 2 years. Brown/Red Tip.

I have taken 2 Gold in sparring in Open tournaments and 2 Gold in Poomse @ the same tournies. I have competed and won against 3 and 4th Dans in practice and defeated a Red/Double Tip in my last tourney.
