I plan to make videos for every person in every situation. The body transformation guide I am writing, which is taking way too long lol is like this.

I have:

You: fat
Need: Maintain and/or gain muscle and lose fat.
Goals
How to achieve
blah blah blah

I started it to be like 1200 words, but now it's the size of an eBook. lol That's the way I've always been, I start something with the intention to keep it small and I'm like "Oh, and this, and I need to add that."

I'm excited. We've taken about 20 vids and I think 10 of them are good enough. Training vids aren't easy, and I can't pin-point what I don't like about the ones we've made. Of course, talking and discussing nutrition is ultra simple for me. I don't know why everyone over-complicates it. YES, there is science, but I will say that overwhelmingly, the problem comes down to discipline.

I am currently training about 25 people. I have asked every one of them over the last 2 week their exact opinions of my nutritional program and they all say that without a shadow of a doubt are they not only the most simple to follow and sustain, but they are most definitely the most beneficial. I think the former leads to the latter.

Of course, I have some that are following my more advanced principles, but most people make insane progress following my bracketing, carb cut off and an occassional refeed or zero carb day.

Again, I'm really excited to get this thing up and running...
ive watched some of your vids on youtube and they are good stuff....i like that you keep them short, who wants to watch a four minute vid on how to make a pwo shake or whatever....

I imagine that you will have a TON of videos and articles and misc. information. It would be great if there was a page that narrowed it down a little. If there was a dropdown menu that had you pick your bodytype and another that had you pick your goal and after you click "GO", it brought you to a page that picks all the information specific to your needs. Diet, routine, motivation...

I'll categorize it, but it will be simple. I HATE sites that try to dazzle you with IT skills. I CAN do that, but it's a waste of energy. TBH, I want my effort to be on content, not fancy presentation.

Are you calling it Mightysworld?

LOL.

Seriously, I only tripped over this thread because I'm looking for your article/post on carb cycling right now. Where in the heck did it go?

No one can find it. Tommy was trying to find it a while ago.

I didn't find Boyd's, but I found the one posted by Surpher - its in a thread started by JayFive regarding Newbs and how they need to read this......then its linked from there. I think Surpher called it RO-CHO.....rotational carbs....

Boyd even commented on it in '05 as being eerily similar to his.

I don't think it's here anymore. It was in my old journal that was deleted. But the way I work is so flexible that I've quit writing absolutes because of the pain caused by my zzd writing 5 years ago.

For most people, bracketing and carb cut-offs will work wonders for maximizing muscle gains and fat loss if you're disciplined and consistent. Only thing is that everyone starts becoming OCD, wanting to count calories or not eating what they should.

Depending on body type, I give base amounts of protein for each day and then everything else is based on timing, cut-off, etc. Food selection is extremely important.

1. What you eat
2. When you eat it
and then
3. How much you eat

Then I have taper days and there's refeed days, zero days, etc. But really, it varies very much person to person.
