Which forum do I use for basic questions. I am completely new to this and have a few questions about Creatine monohydrate. I am fifty years old and started lifting again. Who can help with my questions?

For 2 days I have made posts in on going threads that don't show up for hours(up to 4 hours today already). I understand the "Moderator Reading" to filter out Trolls.......but 4 hours is entirely ridiculous. It has been amazingly frustrating to join in conversations to share ideas and that may be part of the reason not many people join and stay here. Just something to think about.

Sorry about that .......Will try to speed up new posts as much as possible. As you post more then you will not need to be moderated,

I've noticed that the forum isn't counting every time that I post. When I get on, my first post isn't counted but then it counts all of the other posts. When you don't post for a while the cycle starts again. Does this happen to anyone else?

Your posts in the "General Chat - Enter at your own risk" section don't get counted in your post count.
It stops people posting nothing but worthless cr@p just to get their post count up .... although why a high post count is important to someone is beyond me.

I agree a high post count doesnt make you popular,its quality not quantity.

Are you trying to delete a thread you have created?
Threads cant be deleted by the poster, there is no icon..

Posts on the other hand can be deleted. If it's an individual post, it is right there after you hit "edit". At the bottom it's there... "Save", then "Go Advanced" then "Delete", then "Cancel"

I understand. What I'm trying to tell you guys is I don't have the 'Delete' option if i attempt to delete a post.

if i knew how to post a screen shot like you did, I'd be able to show you how the 'Delete' option is not even present.
