Concerned About Gas Price??

So my Dads buddy got a new GMC Truck awhile back. He had it for about 2 weeks when he noticed something strange. He was getting 50+ miles to the gallon...He called up GMC and told them this was the best truck he ever had and how happy he was and how he had great gas mileage. Well the next morning he heard noise outside and looked out the window and saw some dudes in black suites under the hood of his car. He ran out and they were already driving off. He noticed that there was a slot where some type of chip or something went. Now he only gets around 20mpg.

This makes me mad to think the government is holding back on this kind of technology.
