Advertising Student- Need your help

Hey all,

Before I say anything, I hope it doesn't sound troll-ish, but I'm a student in need here!

Don't know if I've mentioned it in conversation, but I'm getting my BA in advertising. Right now, I'm in a team in a pretty big contest for an alcoholic drink called Sourz, a real client. We will present our campaign ideas in front the the client, the ad-agency and media, who will all be on the judging panel on April 10th. This is HUGE for us.

We have made it to the final 8. Now that we've proven our creativity, they want us to see how much of an impact we can make on facebook. A portion of our judging criteria will show how well we can use social-networking sites to spread our campaign virally. More members in the group = more points.

lol @ alcoholic beverages wanting to spread on facebook, which was intended for coolege/high school kids.

I dont drink, but I respect the advertising pursuit. I wanted to advertise but was guided into marketing, so Ill join.

Well what makes it awkward is, we're supposed to get ppl to join but we can't give away our campaign or we'd spoil it for the client! So we just have previews up for now. We present to them April 10th, so invite as many ppl as possible until then if you can. They wanna see us spread this virally.

I'll be sure to show you guys the campaign when it's done if you're interested.
