Oh I am def. guilty as charged for listening to bad music. I use my fiance's Ipod when I'm working out and he's used it after me and asked WTF kinda music I'm putting on there! A couple bad faves I listen to are:

I Touch Myself - The Divynls

Eye of the Tiger - Survivor ( my HS mascot was a tiger and they played this song at the beginning of every football and basketball game - takes me back every time!)

Prince - Seven

Angel Eyes - Jeff Healy

Smooth Criminal - Alien Ant Farm

Brick House - The Commodores
Eazy E - Gimme That N*t

Barenaked Ladies - Letters From Chimpanzees

Weird Al - White and Nerdy

Burning Heart - don't know who sings it - from the Rocky Soundtrack

I'm laughing just typing these, thinking about how if people knew what I was listening to while working out they'd probably make fun of me for sure!

I'm guilty of having various Celine Dion and Mariah Carey on workout mixes, as well as 80s rock ballads and some pop punk ballads. Weird how slow music gets me pumped. I had Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujah" on a mix for the longest time (song totally isn't a guilty pleasure, it rocks)
