When I cheat (usually twice a week) its usually in the form of fast food. 3/4's of the time the dreaded Burger King is where you can find me when I go the cheat route haha.
Spicy chicken crisp off the dollar menu, get about 6 or 7 of them lil' sob's and a medium coke hahaha (root beer but the one I go to doesn't have it.) If I could afford to cheat more often I would!

Umm... I don't think I have been disciplined enough for a cheat day before this week. All weeks prior, about one meal every-other day could be considered a cheat meal. I am going to be super strict with my diet for a little time to get used to eating like this and then I will incorporate a cheat meal.
That being said, probably one of two places - Tony Roma's has awesome babyback ribs (carolina honeys are my fav) and they do an "all you can eat" thing Monday nights. They try to put a chicken breast and beans and fries and coleslaw on your plate with the ribs, WHAT A WASTE! I just box it all up and take it home cause I am there for one thing - THE BABYBACK RIBS! Second would have to be the Azteca Mexican restaurant down the road from me. Taco Tuesday - all you can eat tacos for $5.00. And chips, salsa and jalepeno bean dip. I get a water and eat a ton for $5.00 + tip + tax. I'm out of there for under $10.00 Looking back at this, I understand why I wasn't the healthiest person for the last few years...heh.

Taco Bell, Baconator from Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Pizza in general, Pasta, Goat Cheese, Ben & Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream, A Bag of Potato Chips, grilled cheese, Strawberry Ice Cream, or pretty much anything fried or artery clogging.
These could be consumed singularly, but most likely in conjuction with another item of the above stated. I used my cheat day yesterday damnit, now I have to dream for another week.

Def hit up a chinese buffet...id rather do hibatchi or something but i go for quantity when i cheat...there is also the nite of slamming a bunch of beer

It's girlscout time and my parents bought 4 boxes of the Samoas and 3 boxes of the Thin Mints, knowing they were my favorite. Such thoughtful parents. They KNOW I am being strict on my diet and they don't care... I am NOT going over there until she gets rid of em.

So, I didn't cheat the last two weeks at all. I got drunk both weekends, but drank smart (my favorite paradox) and was still down on my weight the following Monday.
Yesterday, I had the WORST cheat cravings ever. From the minute I woke up, I was wanting to eat the most unhealthy thing I could get my hands on. I went ahead and ate my regular protein breakfast and started the day. All through class I was dreaming about going to Five Guys and getting an enormous burger or to pizza hut and downing a stuffed-crust cheese pizza by myself. Ate my regular mid-day meals and was still hungry when I was done which is really rare. Worked out and had my dinner that night, still craving like mad. I finally gave in, drove out to a Wendy's which is literally like a mile away, got to the drive thru box.. and couldn't pull the trigger. I just drove off, went home, pounded water and went to sleep. I was really proud of myself. I have no idea why my cravings are so bad lately. Starting to feel like I'm needing something out of grease. |
