Well I lift from home and my set up is outside and this cold is affecting my workouts. Luckily my porch has surrounding walls on 3 sides or it would be worst, but the wind from the open side is brutal enough.
Seriously, the cold bar in my hands hurt yesterday! And then you are hot, but you cant unwrap some clothes (since I am layered with stuff) because as soon as you unzip something, the cold air immediately makes you zip it back up...So you are hot, but cold And another crazy thing is watching the steam come off your head earily like mist coming off a swampy lake |

don't want to. Chile was bad enough. i was only 300 miles north of antarctica across the magellan. Canada is a total ***** though, i've seen some crazy stuf on the news. it takes balls to put up with that stuff.
