Problems with fingernails

I notice that one of the ingredients in Relacore is Poria (fungus). I was on my second bottle of Relacore when I noticed that my fingernails were soft and were splitting into layers. Needless to say they have broken off to the quick.

Could the Poria (fungus) cause this condition?

No idea but isn't this a weird place to sign-up to post you're first post about fingernails? We're a bodybuilding forum and obviously are more geared to aspects related to BB'ing.

Perhaps you would have had better success finding a forum community more centered toward your issue. If you decide later you want to pick up a set of dumbell's, come back here lol.
